【摘要】：湿地具有丰富的水资源、土地资源、生物资源、矿产资源，广泛分布于世界各地，是生态系统的重要组成部分，湿地以其独具特色景观为湿地旅游产业的发展提供了有利的条件。它不仅具有巨大的生态效益与经济效益，而且在生态、经济、社会等方面具有不可替代的功能。哈尔滨湿地资源丰富，但是随着城市的人口的增多、工业化、城市化进程的加快，湿地生态资源被破坏的问题越来越突出。因此，准确地了解和掌握湿地的分布状况，及时地对湿地旅游资源存在的破坏现象进行监测与评估，对合理的保护与开发哈尔滨湿地资源、保护哈尔滨湿地生态环境具有重大意义。本文结合哈尔滨湿地旅游的现状，致力于探求符合哈尔滨湿地保护与可持续利用的策略，为哈尔滨湿地的保护、开发与利用实践提供借鉴与参考。本文共分为四章，第一章为绪论，主要论文写作背景及意义，国内外研究现状，论文写作的思路和方法，论文研究特色五个方面进行了论述。第二章是哈尔滨湿地旅游产业发展现状及问题分析，在这一章中主要介绍了湿地及湿地旅游的基础知识，并对哈尔滨湿地旅游产业发展现状，哈尔滨湿地旅游产业发展存在的问题进行了分析。第三章哈尔滨湿地旅游产业发展设计，主要从湿地旅游发展的理念、湿地旅游产品主题设计、营销体制设计、管理方式的构建等四个方面进行分析。第四章哈尔滨湿地旅游产业发展政策建议中，主要从建立共建组织，完善基础设施，，完善旅游产品，树立良好旅游形象，加大拓展客源市场营销力度，有效保护湿地旅游资源等六个方面进行了详细论述。通过这四章对哈尔滨湿地旅游产业详细的阐述与分析，使哈尔滨湿地旅游符合可持续发展的要求，逐步走向可持续发展之路。
[Abstract]:Wetland has abundant water resources, land resources, biological resources, mineral resources, widely distributed around the world, is an important part of the ecosystem. Wetland has provided favorable conditions for the development of wetland tourism industry with its unique landscape. It not only has enormous ecological and economic benefits, but also in ecology and economy. Social and other aspects have irreplaceable functions. Harbin is rich in wetland resources, but with the increase of urban population, industrialization, the acceleration of urbanization, wetland ecological resources have been destroyed more and more prominent. Accurately understand and grasp the distribution of wetlands, timely monitoring and evaluation of wetland tourism resources, the reasonable protection and development of wetland resources in Harbin. It is of great significance to protect the ecological environment of Harbin wetland. Combined with the present situation of wetland tourism in Harbin, this paper is devoted to explore the strategies that accord with the protection and sustainable utilization of Harbin wetland, which is the protection of Harbin wetland. This paper is divided into four chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, the main writing background and significance, domestic and foreign research status, the ideas and methods of paper writing. The second chapter is the status quo and problem analysis of Harbin wetland tourism industry. In this chapter, it mainly introduces the basic knowledge of wetland and wetland tourism. And Harbin wetland tourism industry development status quo, Harbin wetland tourism industry development problems were analyzed. Chapter three, Harbin wetland tourism industry development design, mainly from the concept of wetland tourism development. Wetland tourism product theme design, marketing system design, the construction of four aspects of management. 4th chapter of Harbin wetland tourism industry development policy recommendations, mainly from the establishment of co-construction organization. Improve infrastructure, perfect tourism products, set up a good tourism image, and increase the marketing efforts to expand the source of tourists. Through the four chapters of Harbin wetland tourism industry detailed elaboration and analysis to make Harbin wetland tourism meet the requirements of sustainable development. Step by step towards sustainable development.
