【摘要】:随着近年来港、澳与珠三角之间经济合作发展越来越紧密,促进珠澳同城发展战略被提上日程,珠海与澳门之间的地缘优势,,使其发展区域一体化战略具有先天优势。而对于两地都属于支柱性产业之一的旅游业的发展战略问题受到政府及有关部门的重视。本文就珠澳旅游市场一体化问题进行研究,详细分析珠海与澳门旅游业各自的发展现状、发展特点,并利用企业管理战略理论中的SWOT分析方法分析珠澳区域旅游市场一体化的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,以此来分析珠海与澳门的旅游业是否存在一体化的可行性和必要性,并提出促进珠澳旅游市场一体化的策略建议。 主要研究内容分为以下五个部分: 第一部分是相关概念及理论的介绍,主要对旅游资源、旅游市场等相关概念进行界定,并对本文研究的主要理论依据——区域分工与合作理论进行了分析。珠澳旅游市场一体化的理论依据为区域分工与合作理论中的比较优势理论和资源禀赋理论,由于珠海与澳门存在着资源禀赋差异,两地之间具有形成互补性一体化旅游市场的前提和基础。 第二部分对珠海、澳门旅游市场的发展现状和发展特点进行的分析。主要从旅游资源、旅游设施、游客特征等几个方面分析两地的旅游市场状况。 第三部分是本文的核心部分,着重对珠澳旅游市场进行SWOT分析,得出珠澳两地在资源、区位、交通、政策等方面存在较大的优势,而劣势主要有旅游产品单调,缺乏特色;旅游设施不完善,经营效益较差;“一国两制”政策下的制度性障碍;旅游产业结构单一,地域狭窄限制发展等问题。机遇方面存在旅游产业政策扶持、良好的宏观经济环境以及横琴新区开发等利好条件。所面临的挑战主要体现在周边城市竞争加剧、资源、环境等要素的制约、行政壁垒障碍和运行体制障碍几个方面。 第四部分提出了若干条适合珠澳旅游市场一体化发展的策略建议。 第五部分总结分析本文研究得出的结论。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic cooperation between Hong Kong and Macao and the Pearl River Delta in recent years, the strategy of promoting the development of Zhuhai-Macao city has been put on the agenda, and the geographical advantage between Zhuhai and Macao has been put on the agenda. The development strategy of tourism industry, which is one of the pillar industries, has been paid attention to by the government and related departments. This paper discusses the integration of tourism market in Zhuhai and Australia. To carry out research. This paper analyzes the development status and characteristics of Zhuhai and Macao tourism in detail, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Zhuhai-Macao regional tourism market integration by using the SWOT analysis method of enterprise management strategy theory. This paper analyzes the feasibility and necessity of tourism integration between Zhuhai and Macao, and puts forward some suggestions to promote the integration of Zhuhai and Macao tourism market. The main research contents are as follows: The first part is the introduction of related concepts and theories, mainly on tourism resources, tourism market and other related concepts are defined. The main theoretical basis of this study is the theory of regional division of labor and cooperation. The theoretical basis of Zhuhai-Australian tourism market integration is the comparative advantage theory and resource endowment theory in the theory of regional division of labor and cooperation. Because of the difference of resource endowment between Zhuhai and Macao, there is a premise and foundation to form a complementary and integrated tourism market between the two places. The second part analyzes the current situation and characteristics of Zhuhai and Macao tourism market. It mainly analyzes the tourism market situation from the aspects of tourism resources, tourist facilities, tourist characteristics and so on. The third part is the core part of this paper, focusing on the Zhuhai-Australian tourism market SWOT analysis, the two places in the resources, location, transportation, policy and other aspects of greater advantages. But the disadvantage mainly has the tourism product monotonous, lacks the characteristic; The tourism facilities are not perfect and the operating efficiency is poor; Institutional obstacles under the policy of "one country, two systems"; The structure of tourism industry is single, and the development of tourism industry is restricted by the narrow area. There are some policy support for tourism industry in the aspect of opportunity. Good macroeconomic environment and the development of Hengqin new area and other favorable conditions. The challenges are mainly reflected in the surrounding cities increased competition, resources, environment and other factors constraints. Administrative barrier obstacle and operation system obstacle several respects. Part 4th puts forward a number of strategic suggestions suitable for the integrated development of Zhuhai-Australian tourism market. Part 5th summarizes and analyzes the conclusions of this study.
