奥运场馆旅游资源的体验价值评价及旅游开发研究

【摘要】:奥运会结束之后,奥运场馆的开发利用运营管理一直是各个奥运会举办国急需解决的一大难题,面临着巨大的挑战。本文从旅游资源所具有的体验价值这一属性角度,在奥运旅游发展以及体验经济时代到来的背景下,对奥运场馆体验价值的评价及在旅游业中的开发利用提出了自己的看法。 通过对大量文献的研究,本文梳理了目前奥运旅游、体验经济、旅游资源评价、旅游开发的研究进展及基础理论,从中得到启发,借以指导自己对于奥运场馆旅游资源体验价值评价体系的构建以及旅游开发建议的形成。 在此基础上,主要利用层次分析法、专家问卷法、实地调研等方法,分析了奥运场馆旅游资源体验价值构成,建立了奥运场馆旅游资源的体验价值指标评价体系,用以分析奥运场馆旅游资源进行参与性体验旅游开发的适宜程度以及需要改进的薄弱环节。指标体系主要包括参观价值、参与价值、旅游条件三部分内容,并又依次从质量与数量、硬件与软件、交通区位等旅游条件方面进行评价指标的细化。 第29届国际奥林匹克运动会结束后,鸟巢、水立方等奥运场馆的赛后营运一直不断受到大家的关注。己成为北京地标的鸟巢、水立方对北京旅游业的发展起到了极大的促进作用,但随着奥运热潮的退去,如何继续利用这两个奥运场馆发展奥运旅游是一个棘手的问题。本文通过对鸟巢、水立方这两个场馆的旅游资源体验价值的评价研究,提出了对这两个奥运场馆旅游资源的体验价值进行旅游开发的建议:重视品牌建设,提升品牌价值;丰富旅游内涵,重视旅游产品设计开发;拓展观赏范畴,提升旅游人气;加强从业人员培训,提高旅游服务质量。
[Abstract]:After the Olympic Games, the development, utilization and operation management of Olympic venues has been a big problem urgently needed to be solved by the host countries of the Olympic Games. This paper from the perspective of the experience value of tourism resources, in the context of the Olympic tourism development and the arrival of the era of experience economy. The evaluation of the experience value of the Olympic stadiums and the development and utilization of the Olympic stadiums in the tourism industry are put forward. Through the study of a large number of documents, this paper combed the current Olympic tourism, experience economy, tourism resources evaluation, tourism development research progress and basic theory, from which to get inspiration. In order to guide themselves to the Olympic stadiums tourism resources experience evaluation system construction and tourism development suggestions. On this basis, the main use of the Analytic hierarchy process, expert questionnaire, field research and other methods, analysis of the Olympic stadiums tourism resources experience value composition. Established the Olympic stadiums tourism resources experience value index evaluation system. Used to analyze the Olympic stadiums tourism resources participatory experience tourism development of the appropriate degree and the weak links that need to be improved. The index system mainly includes three parts: the value of visit, the value of participation, and the conditions of tourism. The evaluation indexes are refined from the aspects of quality and quantity, hardware and software, traffic location and other tourism conditions. After the 29th International Olympic Games, the operation of the Bird's Nest, Water Cube and other Olympic venues has been attracting more and more attention. It has become a landmark bird's nest in Beijing. The Water Cube has played a great role in promoting the development of tourism in Beijing, but with the retreat of the Olympic fever, how to continue to use these two Olympic venues to develop Olympic tourism is a thorny problem. This paper studies the evaluation of the experience value of the tourism resources of the two venues, and puts forward some suggestions for the tourism development of the two Olympic stadiums: pay attention to the brand construction and promote the brand value; Enrich the connotation of tourism, attach importance to the design and development of tourism products; Expand the scope of viewing, enhance the popularity of tourism; Strengthen the training of employees, improve the quality of tourism services.
