【摘要】：随着大众化旅游消费的来临，旅游业已经开始成为人类社会现代化生活方式和社会经济活动的主要载体，旅游业以强有力量的发展势头变成在全球化经济发展潮流中最有前进动力的“朝阳产业”。旅游业具有投资少，产出高，创汇多的特点，有“无烟产业”和“永远的朝阳产业”的美称，同石油产业、汽车产业一起被誉为世界三大产业，关联到交通运输业、餐饮业、娱乐业、就业等多种劳动密集行业，拥有先导性功能和产业关联度强的作用。通过一定的数据测量，可以发现如果旅游产业每增加1元的收入，则第三产业产值就会产生10.20元增加值，旅游业已经成为一个充满生机、强辐射效应的新兴产业。本论文以腾冲县乡村旅游开发利用为研究对象，通过对乡村旅游概念的界定，依托相关支持理论，在对腾冲县乡村旅游发展基本状况进行调查的基础上，以定性的方式进行宏观分析，以定理的方式深入微观，明确腾冲县乡村旅游开发的影响因子，构建腾冲县乡村旅游开发的发展模式和路径选择，并提出针对性保障和实施措施，以促进腾冲县乡村旅游又好又快发展。本论文涵盖绪论、结论与展望共分成六大部分：第一章宏观把握—绪论。阐述乡村旅游开发研究的背景、意义，提出腾冲县乡村旅游研究过程中的难点和创新之处，介绍本论文的研究方法和思路，最后对国内外相关理论研究进行综述，总结国内外乡村旅游发展经验。第二章规范乡村旅游理论。列举国内外学者对于乡村旅游概念研究，并将乡村旅游与其他旅游类型进行比较，最后阐述本文对乡村旅游概念的理解，在此基础上，从可持续发展、生命周期理论、产业融合、竞争优势以及AVC等角度作为理论支撑进行腾冲县乡村旅游开发研究。第三章总体分析腾冲县乡村旅游现状。通过对国内外乡村旅游现状进行分析，总结出国内外乡村旅游发展模式和发展趋势，结合对腾冲县乡村旅游资源现状进行归纳总结，对腾冲县乡村旅游发展进行SWOT及发展战略矩阵分析，以便从宏观视角把握腾冲县发展乡村旅游的优缺点、机遇和威胁。第四章构建腾冲县乡村旅游开发系统。通过对腾冲县旅游经济发展状况和旅游问卷调查进行定性分析，然后通过层次分析法，依托AVC旅游开发体系，通过吸引力、生命力和承载力来确定腾冲县发展乡村旅游的影响因子，结合前面国内外对发展乡村旅游的总结，构建腾冲县乡村旅游的发展模式和路径选择。第五章保障腾冲县乡村旅游发展模式顺利开展。通过对腾冲县乡村旅游开发现状和发展模式、路径确定，本论文提出“优化主体市场、完善客体资源、创新营销工具”三大举措来提升腾冲县乡村旅游开发利用程度，以实现腾冲县乡村旅游开发利用吸引力、生命力和承载力三方面的增强。第六章结论和展望。通过对全文主要观点进行总结，，并展望未来腾冲县乡村旅游开发利用前景，同时反思本论文在研究过程中的不足之处，以明确未来研究重点和方向。
[Abstract]:With the advent of mass tourism consumption, tourism industry has become the main carrier of modern human society, lifestyle and social economic activities, the momentum of development of tourism industry with strong strength in the economic development in the trend of globalization become the driving force of the "sunrise industry". The tourism industry has less investment, high output, the characteristics of foreign exchange the name of "smokeless industry" and "eternal sunrise industry", with the oil industry, automobile industry together known as the world's three major industries, related to the transportation industry, catering industry, entertainment industry, employment and other labor intensive industries, has guiding function and industry associations. Through data measurement, we can find that if each increase tourism income of 1 yuan, while the third industry output value will increase 10.20 yuan, the tourism industry has become a vibrant, strong radiation effect The new industry.
In this paper, using the rural tourism development in Tengchong County as the research object, by defining the concept of rural tourism, relying on the related theory, based on the basic situation of the development of rural tourism in Tengchong county were investigated, analyzed in a qualitative way, by theorem way to micro, clear the impact factor of rural tourism in Tengchong county development, development pattern and path selection of the construction of Tengchong county rural tourism development, and put forward specific safeguard and implement measures to promote the sound and rapid development of rural tourism in Tengchong county.
This paper covers the introduction, and the conclusions and prospects are divided into six parts.
The first chapter is an introduction describing macro - rural tourism development research background, significance, present difficulties and innovations in the process of Tengchong County Rural Tourism Research, introduces the research methods and thinking in this paper, finally summarizes the relevant theoretical research at home and abroad, summarizes the development experience of rural tourism at home and abroad.
The second chapter is the theoretical standard of rural tourism listed. Domestic and foreign scholars on the concept of rural tourism research, and compare the rural tourism and other tourism types, finally this paper expounds the understanding of the concept of rural tourism, on this basis, from the sustainable development, life cycle theory, industrial integration, competitive advantage and AVC point of view as the theoretical support of Tengchong county rural tourism development.
The third chapter analyzes the overall situation of rural tourism in Tengchong county. Based on the analysis of current situation of rural tourism at home and abroad, summarizes the overseas rural tourism development pattern and development trend of home and abroad, with the summary of present situation of rural tourism resources in Tengchong County, SWOT analysis and development strategy matrix for rural tourism development in Tengchong County, in order to grasp the advantages and disadvantages of the development of rural tourism Tengchong county from the macro perspective, opportunities and threats.
The construction of Tengchong county rural tourism development system. The fourth chapter through the investigation of Tengchong county tourism economic development and tourism questionnaire qualitative analysis, and then through the AHP, relying on the AVC system of tourism through the attraction, influence factors of vitality and capacity to determine the development of rural tourism in Tengchong County, with the summary of the development of rural tourism the front at home and abroad, development pattern and path selection of construction of rural tourism in Tengchong county.
The fifth chapter guarantee Tengchong County Rural Tourism Development Mode smoothly. Based on the Tengchong County Rural Tourism Development Status Quo and development pattern, determine the path, this paper proposes the optimization of the main market, improve resources, innovative marketing tools "three major initiatives to promote rural tourism development in Tengchong County, in order to achieve the development and utilization of rural tourism in Tengchong county the attraction, vitality and bearing capacity of three aspects.
The sixth chapter is the conclusion and outlook. By summarizing the main points of the full text, and looking forward to the future development and Utilization Prospect of rural tourism in Tengchong County, we also reflect on the shortcomings of this paper in the research process, so as to identify the future research priorities and directions.
