汤旺河国家公园的旅游发展实证研究

【摘要】：1872年,美国建立了世界上第一个以保护自然为主要目的的国家公园—黄石国家公园。随着人类对自然界更多的了解,环境保护问题已成为当前国际性的焦点议题,国家公园的建立正是人类自然保护运动中里程碑式的创举。在美国的影响下,澳大利亚、加拿大、新西兰相继建立了它们各自的国家公园。进入20世纪以后,世界各国都把建立国家公园和自然保护区看作是保护自然和资源的良好途径,纷纷加以效仿,陆续建立了国家公园。目前,在200多个国家和地区已建立了近1万座国家公园。作为国家统一管理、规划、经营的资源保护模式,国家公园实现了生态保护与游憩发展的双重目标,并在此基础上传承了国家精神的内涵,成为永续发展的典范。中国资源保护地类型多样,由于缺乏系统的体系构建,保护地之间管理目标混乱,管理机构繁杂,管理体制不顺,加之各保护地之间空间上交错,导致了资源保护地管理的真空和管理的失效。中国的自然文化遗产保护事业起步比较晚,与世界先进国家相比有很大的差距。2004年,云南省政府研究室、美国大自然保护协会和西南林学院联合成立了专门机构,对国家公园建设理念和管理模式在云南的可行性和前景进行了专门的研究。2008年,云南省成为我国国家公园建设试点省。直到2008年才由中国环境保护部和国家旅游局共同正式宣布建设中国第一个国家公园试点单位——黑龙江汤旺河国家公园。本文选取汤旺河国家公园作为研究载体,分别从人口基本特征、对国家公园的认识、对汤旺河国家公园的感知等几个方面对游客进行调查,采用现场问卷调查和面对面访谈的形式获得数据资料,借助相关理论将规范研究和实证研究相结合。定性分析和定量分析相结合,运用理论分析、数据分析等手段,对汤旺河国家公园的发展问题进行分析,最后又针对性的提出发展对策,具有现实性、针对性。共分为六个部分：第一部分介绍了本文的研究背景和意义,阐述了研究方法和研究思路,分析了国家公园和旅游感知的基本概念,以及对国内外国家公园相关理论研究进行了评述。第二部分介绍了基础理论知识和相关概念的界定,包括旅游感知理论、新公共服务理论、国家公园的概念等。第三部分是研究区域概况与研究设计,介绍了区域概况及调查问卷的设计、调查结果的整理与样本特征的统计等。第四部分是汤旺河国家公园旅游发展分析,包括从综合区位、地理概况、政府支持力度等方面分析综合条件,通过调研数据分析游客对国家公园的感知及对汤旺河国家公园的感知,分析得出汤旺河国家公园旅游发展中存在的问题。第五部分针对前面所分析出的问题,提出改善汤旺河国家公园旅游发展的对策,并给出我国国家公园旅游发展的启示,希望能够对我国国家公园的建设管理和发展道路起到微薄的力量。第六部分是研究结论与未来研究展望,总结文章研究结果的同时,阐明本文研究的不足之处,并对未来相关的研究进行展望。

With the world's advanced countries there is a big gap between.2004 years, Government Research Office of Yunnan Province, the Nature Conservancy and Southwest Forestry University jointly set up specialized agencies of the national park construction and management mode in the feasibility and Prospect of research in Yunnan specialized.2008 years, Yunnan province has become the construction of the pilot provinces in China until the National Park. 2008 by the China Ministry of environmental protection and the National Tourism Bureau jointly announced the construction of Chinese first National Park pilot units -- Heilongjiang Tang Wang River in China Home park.
This paper selects the National Park of China as the research carrier, respectively, from the basic characteristics of the population, understanding of the National Park, a few of Tangwanghe National Park awareness and other aspects of the investigation to the tourists, obtained data through the questionnaire survey and face-to-face interviews, the related theories of the combination of normative and empirical research and qualitative analysis. A combination of quantitative analysis, using theoretical analysis, data analysis and other means for the development of National Park of China are analyzed, and finally puts forward development countermeasures, realistic, targeted. The first part introduces the research background and significance, describes the research methods and research ideas, analyzes the basic concepts of national parks and tourism perception, as well as the domestic and foreign theories of national parks are reviewed in this article. The third part is the overview of the study area and research design, introduces the design of regional survey and questionnaire, sorting and sample characteristics survey statistics. The sixth part is the prospect of research conclusion and the future, summarizes the research results and points out the disadvantages of this research, and discusses the future research.
