我国老年人旅游权益保障体制研究

【摘要】：目前，旅游已成为老年人丰富业余生活、提高生活品质的重要途径。基于老年人旅游需求增加、旅游服务质量要求提高以及旅游权益受损现象频发等现实需要，老年人旅游权益保障体制建设成为旅游行业整体实力提升的重要内容。本文通过七个部分对老年人旅游权益保障体制进行了全面的分析。第一部分笔者主要介绍了论文的选题背景、国内外研究现状、研究目的与意义、论文的研究方法与技术路线、研究重点难点与创新之处。第二部分通过对弱势群体保护理论、旅游权是人权的延伸理论的简要论述，奠定论文写作的基础理论。同时，对老年人的旅游权益和老年人旅游权益保障体制的内涵进行了全新的界定，区别于以往传统的概念理解。第三部分从老年人的人口特征、老年人对旅游产品与服务的需求特征入手，分析老年人在旅游权益保障在内容和途径上的特殊性，，指明了老年人旅游权益保障是社会文明程度的重要体现。第四部分根据调查问卷重点分析了目前我国老年人旅游权益保障的现存问题，并就其原因进行剖析，进而总结出建设我国老年人旅游权益保障体制的要求。第五部分比较分析国际社会和地区在老年人旅游权益保障方面的积极作为并得到启示。第六部作者提出了老年人旅游权益保障的体制框架。在结合我国具体实际的前提下，借鉴国外经验，作者从法律保障、组织保障、制度保障、环境保障四方面来构建老年人旅游权益保障体制。第七部分对全论文进行了系统性的总结，同时指出论文研究的不足之处。
[Abstract]:At present, tourism has become an important way for the elderly to enrich their amateur lives and improve their quality of life. The construction of tourism rights and interests protection system for the elderly has become an important part of the promotion of the overall strength of the tourism industry. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the protection system of the tourism rights and interests of the elderly through seven parts. The first part mainly introduces the author. The background of the thesis, Domestic and foreign research status, research purpose and significance, research methods and technical routes, research difficulties and innovations. The second part through the theory of the protection of vulnerable groups, tourism rights is an extension of human rights briefly discussed. At the same time, it defines the tourism rights of the elderly and the connotation of the protection system of the tourism rights and interests of the elderly, which is different from the traditional concept of understanding. The third part from the demographic characteristics of the elderly, Starting with the characteristics of the elderly's demand for tourism products and services, this paper analyzes the particularity of the contents and ways of the protection of the elderly's tourism rights and interests. This paper points out that the protection of the tourism rights and interests of the elderly is an important embodiment of the social civilization. Part 4th focuses on the analysis of the existing problems in the protection of the tourism rights and interests of the elderly in China according to the questionnaire, and analyzes its causes. In 5th, the author compares and analyzes the positive actions of the international community and regions in the protection of the tourism rights and interests of the elderly. 6th authors put forward the proposal. The institutional framework for the protection of tourism rights and interests of the elderly. Drawing on the experience of foreign countries, the author constructs the protection system of tourism rights and interests of the elderly from four aspects: legal security, organizational security, institutional protection and environmental protection. Part 7th systematically summarizes the whole paper. At the same time, the paper points out the shortcomings of the research.
