杭州市休闲农业旅游发展对策研究

【摘要】：城市化进程的不断加快,居民生活水平不断的提高,城市中人口和建筑物高度密集、城市生态环境日趋恶化,生活在城市中的居民慢慢产生了“亲近自然、走向乡村、寻找另一种生活”的需要,因此休闲农业旅游越来越受到城市居民的青睐。随着休闲农业旅游业的快速发展,各地区争相进入这一领域,但因自然资源、人文资源、管理方式、发展模式等不同,因此发展效果也层次不齐。杭州市是国内重点风景旅游城市,在大力发展城市旅游和西湖、西溪湿地等景区旅游同时,也顺应趋势发展乡村休闲农业旅游。但杭州休闲农业旅游的发展存在着生态环境重视不足,产品和服务单一,体制混乱,体验性产品的缺乏等等问题,很大程度上制约了杭州市休闲农业旅游的可持续发展。因此,我们需要结合实际情况解决这些问题,这对促进休闲农业旅游成为杭州市旅游业新的增长点,促进城乡一体化统筹发展,促使杭州市成为全方位发展的旅游名城,具有经济社会现实等多层面的意义。本文通过对杭州市的实地调查、翻阅政府的统计资料,运用SWOT分析方法,对杭州市的休闲农业旅游发展进行了研究。研究发现杭州市休闲农业旅游发展中存在的主要问题有：产品开发同质化,特色不鲜明；缺乏统一规范的管理措施；经营者缺乏相应的经营管理经验；农业资源利用混乱,生态环境受损；基础设施不足,公共服务缺乏等。针对这些问题,本文提出了促进杭州市休闲农业旅游发展的主要对策是：合理规划,科学发展；完善市场,加强旅游规制；做好信息服务,发展目的地营销。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization, the improvement of living standard, the density of population and buildings in the city, and the deterioration of the ecological environment in the city, the residents living in the city have gradually come to "get close to nature and go to the countryside." In order to find another kind of life ", leisure agriculture tourism is more and more popular with the city residents. With the rapid development of leisure agriculture tourism, all regions are scrambling to enter this field, but because of natural resources, human resources, management methods, The development pattern is different, so the development effect is also uneven. Hangzhou is a key scenic city in China. At the same time, Hangzhou is vigorously developing urban tourism and scenic spots such as West Lake, Xixi Wetland, etc. The development of leisure agriculture tourism in Hangzhou also conforms to the trend of rural leisure agriculture tourism. However, the development of leisure agriculture tourism in Hangzhou has some problems, such as insufficient attention to ecological environment, single products and services, chaotic system, lack of experiential products, and so on. To a large extent, it restricts the sustainable development of leisure agricultural tourism in Hangzhou. Therefore, we need to solve these problems in light of the actual situation, which has become a new growth point of tourism in Hangzhou. To promote the overall development of urban and rural integration and to make Hangzhou a famous tourist city with all-round development has the significance of economic and social reality. In this paper, through the field investigation of Hangzhou City, we read the statistical data of the government, and use the SWOT analysis method. This paper studies the development of leisure agriculture tourism in Hangzhou. The main problems in the development of leisure agriculture tourism in Hangzhou are as follows: the product development is homogenized, the characteristics are not clear, the management measures are not uniform and standard. Operators lack relevant experience in operation and management; agricultural resources are used in confusion, ecological environment is damaged, infrastructure is inadequate, public services are lacking, and so on. This paper puts forward the main countermeasures to promote the development of leisure agriculture tourism in Hangzhou: reasonable planning, scientific development, perfecting market, strengthening tourism regulation, doing well information service and developing destination marketing.
