山地旅游景区游客的安全认知研究

【摘要】:在国内旅游快速发展的大背景下,旅游安全问题越来越受到人们的重视和关注。我国的山地旅游资源尽管非常丰富,但是由于山地景区的地理环境及地质地貌构造复杂,相比其他的旅游活动形式,山地景区存在更多的不安全想象,同时在山地旅游发展的过程中,由于目前的法律法规及相关制度还不完善,缺乏成熟的山地旅游安全保障体系以及游客自身安全认识不足,山地旅游安全目前还存在很大的隐患。 旅游安全的核心就是旅游系统中相关主体的安全经历,游客作为旅游活动的主体,其对旅游安全的主观认识,是造成旅游安全问题的主要根源。本论文对山地旅游游客安全认知度的调查显示,大多数的游客对山地旅游安全都比较关注,并且对山地旅游安全法规和安全措施也很关注,表明游客对山地旅游安全的认知持一种积极的态度;同时不管是游客对山地旅游安全事故表现形态的选择,还是对山地旅游活动中容易发生安全事故的环节,放在第一位的都是交通,游客认为近年来交通事故已经成为了主要的山地旅游安全事故;游客主要通过联网来获取山地旅游安全方面的信息,并且一旦获知某山地旅游地发生过安全事故,大多数人会选择取消出游计划或者即便不取消,也会加强自身防备;游客觉得山地旅游活动中发生安全事故的原因,主要是接待设施设备问题,自身安全意识薄弱也占很大的比重。关于游客的自身属性与山地旅游游客安全认知度的关系,通过方差分析、相关分析、交叉分析表明职业除外,,游客的其他属性如性别、年龄、文化程度、月收入水平和家庭结构与游客对山地旅游的安全认知度,具有明显的差异性和相关关系。进而通过因子分析和回归分析表明旅游六环节安全认知因素、基础设施设备安全认知因素、社区服务环境安全认知因素、景区标识物安全认知因素、心理安全认知因素和自然环境安全认知因素,能够显著的解释山地旅游游客对山地旅游的安全认知。同时,这六大因素也是影响游客对山地旅游安全认知的主要因素。最后尝试从两个方面对山地景区的安全工作提出对策和建议,一方面是景区在进行安全管理的工作中,如何把不安全的因素降低;另一方面就是面向游客市场,针对不同类型的游客群体,如何把游客对山地景区的不安全认知弱化和降低。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the rapid development of domestic tourism, people pay more and more attention to the problem of tourism security. Although the mountain tourism resources in China are very rich, the geographical environment and geological and geomorphological structure of mountain scenic spots are complex. Compared with other forms of tourism activities, there are more unsafe imaginations in mountain scenic spots. At the same time, in the course of mountain tourism development, the current laws and regulations and related systems are still not perfect. Lack of mature mountain tourism security system and tourists' own security awareness, mountain tourism security is still a big hidden danger. The core of tourism security is the security experience of the related subjects in the tourism system. As the main body of tourism activities, tourists have a subjective understanding of tourism security. The survey on the safety awareness of mountain tourism tourists shows that most tourists pay more attention to mountain tourism safety, and also pay attention to mountain tourism safety regulations and security measures. It shows that tourists have a positive attitude towards mountain tourism safety, and whether it is tourists' choice of the form of mountain tourism safety accidents or the links of mountain tourism activities that are prone to safety accidents, The first priority is traffic. Tourists believe that traffic accidents have become the major mountain tourism safety accidents in recent years. Tourists mainly use the Internet to obtain information on mountain tourism safety. And once they know that a mountain tourist destination has had a safety accident, most people will choose to cancel the travel plan or, even if they do not cancel it, they will also strengthen their own protection; tourists feel that the reasons for the safety accident occurred in mountain tourism activities. The main problem is the problem of reception facilities and equipment, and the weakness of their own security consciousness also accounts for a large proportion. Regarding the relationship between tourists' own attributes and the safety awareness of mountain tourists, the analysis of variance, correlation analysis and cross-analysis show that the occupation is the exception. Other attributes of tourists such as sex, age, education level, monthly income level and family structure, and tourists' safety awareness of mountain tourism, Through factor analysis and regression analysis, it is shown that the six links of tourism safety cognitive factors, infrastructure equipment safety cognitive factors, community service environment safety cognitive factors. The cognitive factors of scenic spot marking safety, psychological safety and natural environment security can explain the mountain tourists' safety cognition of mountain tourism. At the same time, These six factors are also the main factors influencing tourists' cognition of mountain tourism safety. Finally, the author tries to put forward countermeasures and suggestions on the safety work of mountain scenic spots from two aspects. On the one hand, it is the work of safety management in scenic spots. How to reduce the unsafe factors; on the other hand, facing the tourist market, aiming at different types of tourist groups, how to weaken and reduce the tourists' perception of the insecurity of mountain scenic spots.
