云南省旅游经济发展研究

【摘要】：随着经济发展水平的提高，人们在物质需求得到满足的同时也在寻求精神层面的提高，旅游以愉悦身心和和提高生活质量为目的，正逐渐成为人类社会普遍参与的生活方式。与此对应，，旅游业迅速发展成为最具潜力的“朝阳产业”，旅游业的发展对整个国民经济的发展起着越来越重要的促进作用。云南省地理位置独特，拥有得天独厚的自然资源和人文旅游资源，近些年云南省旅游业全面发展，呈现一片繁荣景象，但在发展过程也存在着一些问题，如对资源的开发和保护不到位、旅游基础设施不完善以及旅游资金缺乏问题等原因，都在一定程度上制约了云南省旅游经济的发展。因此，分析和探究云南省旅游经济发展进程中存在的一些问题，思考促进云南省旅游经济快速发展的对策势在必行，这对促进云南省整体的经济发展具有很重要的理论价值和实践意义。本文共分为旅游经济相关的理论、云南省旅游经济发展的现状阐述、国内外旅游经济发展的经验借鉴、加快云南省旅游经济发展的对策四部分，以辩证唯物主义为指导，结合云南省的实际省情分析适合云南省旅游业发展的思路。第一章阐述旅游经济相关的理论。其中主要包括马克思关于服务业（第三产业）的基本理论、旅游经济相关的基本概念。第二章阐述云南省旅游经济发展的现状。当前云南省的旅游经济在云南省发挥着重要的作用，极大的推动了旅游饭店行业、旅游交通业、旅游购物业、旅游景区业、旅行社业以及旅游娱乐业的发展。云南省旅游经济发展的优势、特点及意义。云南省旅游经济与经济发展的相互影响，以及加快云南省旅游经济发展的意义方面进行说明。第三章阐述了国内外旅游经济发展的经验。以国内旅游强省广东、四川和海南为例，分析文化背景相类似的国内旅游省份中，云南省可吸收和借鉴的宝贵经验；再以国外旅游强国法国、西班牙和美国为例，吸收其在文化特色上的旅游发展模式，为云南省的旅游发展增添新途径。第四章分析加快云南省旅游经济发展的对策。分别从完善旅游基础设施建设、加大资金的投入力度、树立科学的旅游发展观、加强旅游资源的保护管理、创新旅游发展模式和强化旅游人才的培养这六个角度推动云南省旅游经济的大发展大繁荣。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of the level of economic development, people are seeking to improve their spiritual level while their material needs are satisfied. Tourism aims at pleasing the body and mind and improving the quality of life. Is gradually becoming a way of life in which human society is generally involved. The rapid development of tourism has become the most potential "sunrise industry", and the development of tourism plays a more and more important role in promoting the development of the whole national economy. With its unique natural resources and human tourism resources, Yunnan Province has witnessed an overall development of tourism in recent years, showing a prosperous scene, but there are also some problems in the development process, such as the development and protection of resources are not in place. The imperfect tourism infrastructure and the lack of tourism funds restrict the development of Yunnan's tourism economy to a certain extent. Therefore, this paper analyzes and explores some problems existing in the process of Yunnan's tourism economic development. It is imperative to think about the countermeasures to promote the rapid development of tourism economy in Yunnan Province, which has important theoretical value and practical significance for promoting the overall economic development of Yunnan Province. This paper is divided into four parts: the theories related to tourism economy, the present situation of tourism economy development in Yunnan Province, the experience of tourism economy development at home and abroad, and the countermeasures for speeding up the development of tourism economy in Yunnan Province, guided by dialectical materialism. Combined with the actual situation of Yunnan Province, the analysis is suitable for the development of tourism in Yunnan Province. The first chapter expounds the theories related to tourism economy, including Marx's basic theory on service industry (tertiary industry) and the basic concepts of tourism economy. The second chapter expounds the present situation of tourism economy development in Yunnan Province. At present, Yunnan tourism economy plays an important role in Yunnan Province, which has greatly promoted the tourism hotel industry, tourism transportation industry, tourism shopping industry, tourism scenic spot industry. The development of travel agency industry and tourism entertainment industry, the advantages, characteristics and significance of Yunnan tourism economic development, the interaction between Yunnan tourism economy and economic development, and the significance of speeding up the development of Yunnan tourism economy. The third chapter expounds the experience of domestic and foreign tourism economic development. Taking Guangdong, Sichuan and Hainan as examples, the paper analyzes the valuable experience that Yunnan Province can absorb and draw lessons from in the domestic tourism provinces with similar cultural background. Taking France, Spain and the United States as examples, the tourism development model with cultural characteristics is absorbed and a new way is added to the tourism development of Yunnan Province. Chapter 4th analyzes the countermeasures of speeding up the development of tourism economy in Yunnan Province, respectively, from perfecting the construction of tourism infrastructure, increasing the investment of funds, setting up a scientific concept of development of tourism, and strengthening the protection and management of tourism resources. The innovation of tourism development model and the strengthening of tourism talent training promote the great development and prosperity of Yunnan tourism economy.
