基于泛珠三角区域合作下的海南入境旅游客源市场竞争态势分析及对策研究

【摘要】:随着时代的发展,入境旅游已经成为衡量每个国家旅游国际水平的标志之一,其地位越来越受到重视。2004年6月,“泛珠”11省区政府领导在首届“泛珠三角区域合作论坛”共同签署《泛珠三角区域合作框架协议》,在协议中,旅游业被确定为落实泛珠三角区域合作的十大领域之一。泛珠三角区域包含了中国华南、东南、中部、和西南的九个省份及两个特别行政区,入境旅游是其旅游业重要的一部分。而海南作为泛珠三角区域重要的组成部分,同时随着国际旅游岛建设上升为国家战略,海南国际旅游岛对境外游客的吸引力显现。以泛珠三角区域为背景,对海南省入境旅游客源市场进行竞争态分析,并采取相应的合作措施,对于海南省自身和泛珠三角整个区域的旅游业发展具有十分重要的实践意义。 本文包括以下主要内容: 一、概括总结了国内外对入境旅游市场的研究成果;对海南的历年入境旅游市场概况进行了分析总结,得出海南自1988年建省以来入境旅游市场有了重大飞跃,且外国客源市场占全部入境客源市场的大部分。 二、引入波士顿矩阵模型方法,以海南入境旅游外国客源市场中13个主要客源国为对象,分析2001-2012年海南入境旅游客源市场竞争态及其转移,得到海南入境旅游主要客源国的绝对竞争优势:具有瘦狗市场多,金牛市场数量稳定,明星市场和幼童市场空白的特点。 三、引入Shift-share Method方法,在泛珠三角区域的大背景下,以泛珠三角区域内以及其9省13个主要客源国为对象,分析泛珠三角区域各省各主要客源国的相对竞争优势;并根据SSM分析结果对各省的相关指标进行排名,得出海南入境旅游外国客源市场在泛珠三角区域中有增长速度较大,总体结构有优势,相对竞争力中等的特点。具体到国家,俄罗斯、新加坡为优势市场,菲律宾、美国、法国市场为中等市场,泰国、英国、加拿大、德国、澳大利亚、日本、韩国、马来西亚市场为弱势市场。 四、根据之前的分析结果,结合海南和泛珠三角区域的特点,对海南参与泛珠三角区域旅游提出发展优势市场,弥补劣势市场;共同打造中国的“阳光地带”;继续推进“一程多站式”旅游合作;以邮轮旅游为纽带,实现游客在华南沿海区域之间流动;建立完善配套服务,提升入境旅游便利化水平;逐步消除人员来往的制度性障碍;发展电子商务和网络营销,提升旅游信息化水平的对策,从而使海南省和泛珠三角区域的入境旅游市场向着更健康的方向发展。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times, inbound tourism has become one of the symbols to measure the international level of tourism in every country. In June 2004, the leaders of the "Pan Pearl River Delta Regional Cooperation Forum" jointly signed the "Framework Agreement on Regional Cooperation in the Pan-Pearl River Delta", in which, Tourism has been identified as one of the top ten areas for regional cooperation in the Pan-Pearl River Delta, which includes nine provinces and two special administrative regions in South, Southeast, Central and Southwest China. Inbound tourism is an important part of its tourism industry. Hainan, as an important part of the Pan-Pearl River Delta region, has become a national strategy with the development of international tourism islands. The attraction of Hainan International Tourism Island to overseas tourists is obvious. Taking the Pan-Pearl River Delta region as the background, this paper analyzes the competitive state of Hainan's inbound tourist market, and takes corresponding cooperative measures. It is of great practical significance for the tourism development of Hainan Province and the whole region of the Pan-Pearl River Delta. This article includes the following main contents:. First, it summarizes the domestic and foreign research achievements on the inbound tourism market, analyzes and summarizes the general situation of Hainan's inbound tourism market in the past years, and concludes that Hainan's inbound tourism market has made a significant leap since the establishment of the province in 1988. And the foreign tourist market accounts for the majority of the total inbound tourist market. Secondly, this paper introduces the Boston matrix model method to analyze the competitive state and its transfer of Hainan inbound tourist market from 2001 to 2012, taking 13 main tourist countries in Hainan inbound tourist market as the object. The absolute competitive advantage of the main tourist source countries of Hainan's inbound tourism is as follows: more skinny dog market, stable Taurus market, blank star market and young children market. Thirdly, under the background of the Pan-Pearl River Delta region, the Shift-share Method method is introduced to analyze the relative competitive advantages of the major tourist countries in the Pan-Pearl River Delta region and the 13 major tourist countries in the Pan-Pearl River Delta region. According to the results of SSM analysis, this paper ranks the relative indexes of various provinces, and draws the conclusion that the foreign tourist market of Hainan inbound tourism has the characteristics of large growth rate in the Pan-Pearl River Delta region, advantages in the overall structure and moderate relative competitiveness. Russia, Singapore as the dominant market, the Philippines, the United States, France for the medium market, Thailand, the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia market is a weak market. Fourth, according to the previous analysis results, combined with the characteristics of Hainan and the Pan-Pearl River Delta region, Hainan to participate in the Pan-Pearl River Delta region tourism proposed to develop the advantages of the market, to make up for the inferior market; Jointly build China's "sunshine zone"; continue to promote "one-stop multi-station" tourism cooperation; take cruise tourism as a link to realize the flow of tourists between the coastal areas of South China; establish and improve supporting services to enhance the level of inbound tourism facilitation; It is necessary to gradually eliminate the institutional barriers to the exchange of personnel, develop electronic commerce and network marketing, improve the level of tourism informatization, and make the inbound tourism market in Hainan Province and the Pan-Pearl River Delta region develop in a more healthy direction.
