广州市旅游产业集群发展模式研究

【摘要】:广州旅游业总体竞争实力多年来一直处于全国第三,但近年来全国第三的位置处于岌岌可危状态,诸如天津、重庆等其他省市大有赶超趋势。国内外研究实践证明,产业集群是增强区域产业竞争力的有效途径。通过文献研究综述,,搭建旅游产业集群理论分析框架,采用区位熵等对广州旅游产业集群进行定量判断与识别,结合SWOT定性分析方法进行界定,广州宜选择“立足旅游资源优势、强化产业内部创新能力、打造品牌效应、发挥政府促进”的旅游产业集群发展模式,并对广州旅游产业集群战略路径,即加速极化效应、完善产业布局、培育产业集群、政府主导与市场化发展、加速向国际旅游目的地发展等进行了探讨。旅游产业是一种无边界的产业,广州旅游业应抓住政府正在大力促进区域产业结构优化升级的机会,开发重大旅游项目,培育八大旅游产业集群,加速岭南集团和长隆集团两大龙头企业的发展,打造名牌效应,带动整个旅游企业向集聚方向发展,促进广州市旅游产业集群的形成和演进。
[Abstract]:The overall competitive strength of Guangzhou's tourism industry has been in the third place in the country for many years, but in recent years, the position of the third place of the whole country is in a precarious state, such as Tianjin, Chongqing and other provinces and cities have a tendency to catch up. Industrial cluster is an effective way to enhance the competitiveness of regional industry. Through literature review, the theoretical analysis framework of tourism industry cluster is set up, and the quantitative judgment and identification of Guangzhou tourism industry cluster are carried out by using location entropy. Based on the qualitative analysis method of SWOT, Guangzhou should choose the development mode of tourism industry cluster, which is based on the advantages of tourism resources, strengthens the innovation ability within the industry, builds brand effect, and gives play to the government promotion. And to Guangzhou tourism industry cluster strategic path, namely accelerates the polarization effect, consummates the industrial layout, cultivates the industrial cluster, the government leads and the marketization development, This paper discusses how to speed up the development to international tourism destinations. Tourism industry is a kind of borderless industry. Guangzhou tourism industry should seize the opportunity that the government is vigorously promoting the optimization and upgrading of regional industrial structure and develop major tourism projects. To cultivate the eight tourism industry clusters, accelerate the development of the two leading enterprises of Lingnan Group and Changlong Group, create the famous brand effect, drive the whole tourism enterprises to the direction of agglomeration, and promote the formation and evolution of Guangzhou tourism industry cluster.
