基于因子分析的武陵山区旅游竞争力研究

【摘要】:武陵山区是我国重要的少数民族聚居区域,同时也是我国经济发展落后的典型区域。尽管近些年国家对该地区的扶贫开发工作取得了显著成效,但是由于受到武陵山区自身地理条件和历史原因的限制,在短时间内提升该区域的工业和农业依然不太现实,而武陵山区独特的地形地貌及浓郁的民族风情却为其发展旅游业提供了先天的有利条件。国务院扶贫开发小组出台的《武陵山片区区域发展和扶贫攻坚规划(2011-2020年)》将发展旅游业作为武陵山区经济发展的重点,这是对武陵山区旅游业地位的充分肯定,也是武陵山区旅游业发展的机遇,但是在区域旅游竞争加剧的大背景下,武陵山区的旅游业发展也正面临严峻的挑战,本文正是在武陵山区旅游业发展面临的机遇与挑战中的一项新探索。 由于旅游竞争力的强弱受到多种因素的影响,所以尽管武陵山区在发展旅游业上有着资源禀赋的优势,但是随着旅游业的区域性竞争的日益加剧,武陵山区在与我国其他重要的旅游省(市)相比较来看,其旅游竞争力的强弱还难以判定。此外,武陵山区区域内部不同旅游城市的旅游发展失衡现象也成为限制武陵山区提升其整体旅游竞争力的因素。从这两方面来看,对武陵山区区域内外部旅游竞争力强弱状况的研究有着重要的意义,而在认识到现状的基础上,更为重要的是提出培育武陵山区旅游竞争力的方式与方法。本文共分为六个组成部分: 第一部分:绪论。阐述了本文的研究背景和研究意义,并对国内外关于旅游竞争力的研究进行了回顾,此外还简要介绍了本文的研究目的、思路及存在的创新点及不足。 第二部分:旅游竞争力理论基础概述。在查阅国内外关于旅游竞争力文献的基础上,,对竞争力和旅游竞争力的概念进行了界定,并阐述旅游竞争力研究的相关理论基础,对影响旅游竞争力的因素进行了较为详尽的分析,为后面构建旅游竞争力评价指标体系奠定了基础。 第三部分:武陵山区旅游竞争力评价体系的构建。在基于因子分析法这一定量研究方法的前提下,提出了构建旅游竞争力的相关评价指标体系。 第四部分:武陵山区旅游竞争力实证研究。运用因子分析法对武陵山区区域性旅游竞争力和区域内部旅游竞争力有全面地把握,认识到武陵山区旅游业的优势及不足,为培育武陵山区旅游竞争力提供依据。 第五部分:武陵山区旅游竞争力提升策略与建议。在第四部分实证研究的基础上,笔者提出了提升武陵山区旅游竞争力的策略与建议。 第六部分:结论。总结全文,提出笔者的研究结论,并指出了民族地区发展旅游业的特殊性。
[Abstract]:Wuling Mountain area is an important minority area in our country, and it is also a typical region with backward economic development in our country. Although in recent years, the country has made remarkable achievements in poverty alleviation and development work in this area. However, due to the geographical conditions and historical reasons of the Wuling Mountain region, it is still not realistic to upgrade the industry and agriculture of the region in a short period of time. However, the unique landform and rich ethnic customs in Wuling Mountain region provide it with innate favorable conditions for the development of tourism. The "Wuling Mountain region Regional Development and Poverty Alleviation" Plan 2011-2020 issued by the State Council Poverty Alleviation and Development team. To make the development of tourism an important part of the economic development of the Wuling Mountain area, This is a full affirmation of the tourism status of the Wuling Mountain area and an opportunity for the development of the tourism industry in the Wuling Mountain area. However, under the background of intensified regional tourism competition, the tourism development in the Wuling Mountain area is also facing severe challenges. This paper is a new exploration in the opportunity and challenge of tourism development in Wuling Mountain area. As the competitiveness of tourism is affected by many factors, although Wuling Mountain area has the advantage of resource endowment in developing tourism, with the increasing regional competition of tourism, Compared with other important tourism provinces (cities) in China, the tourism competitiveness of Wuling Mountain area is still difficult to judge. In addition, The imbalance of tourism development in different tourism cities in Wuling Mountain region has also become a factor that limits the overall tourism competitiveness of Wuling Mountain area. It is of great significance to study the status of tourism competitiveness in and out of Wuling Mountain region, and on the basis of recognizing the present situation, What is more important is to put forward the ways and methods to cultivate the tourism competitiveness of Wuling Mountain area. This paper is divided into six parts:. The first part: introduction. It expounds the research background and significance of this paper, and reviews the research on tourism competitiveness at home and abroad. In addition, it briefly introduces the purpose, ideas, innovative points and shortcomings of this paper. The second part: the theoretical basis of tourism competitiveness. On the basis of consulting the literature on tourism competitiveness at home and abroad, this paper defines the concepts of competitiveness and tourism competitiveness, and expounds the relevant theoretical basis of tourism competitiveness research. The factors affecting tourism competitiveness are analyzed in detail, which lays a foundation for the establishment of evaluation index system of tourism competitiveness. The third part: the construction of tourism competitiveness evaluation system in Wuling Mountain area. Based on the factor analysis method, this paper puts forward the related evaluation index system of tourism competitiveness. Part 4th: an empirical study on the tourism competitiveness of Wuling Mountain area. Using factor analysis method, the paper comprehensively grasps the regional and intra-regional tourism competitiveness of Wuling Mountain area, and recognizes the advantages and disadvantages of tourism industry in Wuling Mountain area. To cultivate the tourism competitiveness of Wuling Mountain area to provide the basis. On the basis of 4th part of the empirical research, the author puts forward the strategies and suggestions to enhance the tourism competitiveness of Wuling Mountain area. Part 6th: conclusion. Summarizes the full text, puts forward the author's conclusion, and points out the particularity of developing tourism in minority areas.
