广西恭城县乡村微型旅游企业发展研究

【摘要】：广西地区旅游资源丰富,在国内外都享负盛名。乡村原生态旅游资源的规模和数量,也排在全国前列。随着国家进一步对微型企业的政策扶持,以及广西地区对乡村微型旅游企业的发展规划,都给乡村微型旅游企业的发展带来了新的活力和机遇。本文选取旅游资源丰富的广西恭城瑶族自治县作为研究对象,它的乡村旅游起步较早,乡村微型旅游企业众多,能够获得较为科学的调研资料。文章结合国内外研究成果,对恭城瑶族自治县乡村微型旅游企业的发展问题做了系统研究。在理论研究中,主要引入了企业战略管理理论、旅游资源管理理论、企业核心竞争力理论以及行业生命周期理论。在实证研究中,到恭城瑶族自治县瑶族自治县的恭城瑶族自治县镇、栗木镇、莲花镇等地进行实地调研,主要采取调查问卷和访谈的形式,得到数据资料,并利用excel软件对数据进行了整理和分析。通过对调研结果的分析和研究,得到恭城瑶族自治县乡村微型旅游企业经营者和对照者信息对比、微型旅游企业实体情况、三方(经营者、对照者、游客)对文化需求的认同情况、旅游者信息情况以及旅游者对旅游动机的认可度等数据,发现微型旅游企业发展过程中,既有外部环境的制约,也有内部因素的制约。以恭城瑶族自治县乡村微型旅游企业的实际情况出发,从文化、政策、人员、内部制度四个大方向去构.建企业发展的体制,从每个方向再找出具体的突破点。微型旅游企业是发展乡村旅游业的不可分割的一部分,也是乡村旅游发展的基础,配合旅游业做好后勤和服务工作,是对微型旅游企业的定位,提高服务质量,满足游客的需求和感知,是微型旅游企业追求的目标和动力。发展好微型旅游企业,也能带动基础设施、村风村貌、人员素质的提高。因此本文的研究,对于恭城瑶族自治县乡村微型旅游企业的发展,具有现实意义。本文的最后,提出了研究中的创新与局限,希望能为以后的研究者带来帮助。
[Abstract]:Guangxi is rich in tourism resources and enjoys great reputation both at home and abroad. The scale and quantity of rural original ecotourism resources are also in the forefront of the country. The development plan of rural micro tourism enterprises in Guangxi has brought new vigor and opportunity to the development of rural micro tourism enterprises. This paper selects Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County, which is rich in tourism resources, as the research object, its rural tourism starts early, there are many rural micro-tourism enterprises, and it can obtain more scientific research data. This paper makes a systematic study on the development of rural micro-tourism enterprises in Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County. In the theoretical research, it mainly introduces the theory of enterprise strategic management, the theory of tourism resources management, Enterprise core competence theory and industry life cycle theory. In the empirical study, we conducted field research in Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County, Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County, Lianhua Town, Lianhua Town and other places, such as Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County, Li Mu Town, Lianhua Town and so on. The data are obtained by questionnaire and interview, and the data are sorted and analyzed by excel software. Through the analysis and research on the results of the investigation, we get the comparison of the information between the operators of rural micro-tourism enterprises in Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County, the entity situation of micro-tourism enterprises, the tripartite (operator, control), The identification of cultural needs, tourist information and tourists' recognition of tourism motivation, etc., have been found to be restricted by external environment in the process of development of micro tourism enterprises. There are also internal constraints. Proceeding from the actual situation of rural micro-tourism enterprises in Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County, from the four major directions of culture, policy, personnel, and internal system, we will construct a system for the development of enterprises. Find specific breakthrough points from each direction again. Micro-tourism enterprises are an integral part of the development of rural tourism and the foundation of rural tourism development, and cooperate with tourism to do a good job in logistics and services. It is the orientation of micro-tourism enterprises, the improvement of service quality, the satisfaction of tourists' needs and perceptions, and the goal and motive force pursued by micro-tourism enterprises. Therefore, the study of this paper is of practical significance for the development of rural micro tourism enterprises in Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County. At the end of this paper, the author puts forward the innovation and limitation of the research, hoping to help the researchers in the future.
