济南市旅游业发展动力机制及其模式分析

【摘要】：伴随着人们闲暇时间的增多和可随意支配收入的增加，旅游开始成为生活的重要组成部分。作为国民经济发展的重要产业，旅游业的发展带动了诸多课题的研究，目前，国内外旅游专家的研究视角开始从宏观的定性的分析向微观的定量的分析发展，但关于旅游发展动力机制微观的定量分析还较少。济南是我国的历史文化名城和第一批中国优秀旅游城市，但是由于济南旅游发展水平较低、旅游规划较不合理、低水平重复建设等多重问题的存在，导致济南整体竞争水平不强、旅游发展动力不足。因此如何有效发挥济南作为山东省核心城市的带动作用，提升济南旅游业的整体竞争力水平，成为当前学术研究的重要课题。本文以济南为研究对象，立足于系统学、区域经济学等相关学科及理论，在深入分析济南市旅游发展的现状及存在问题的基础上，识别推动济南旅游业发展的主要驱动因子，分析其动力机制，通过构建济南旅游发展驱动模型，，提出济南旅游业发展的四种模式；并进一步从旅游产业要素、旅游环境、基础设施三个方面探求济南旅游业可持续发展的优化措施，为济南市旅游业的可持续发展和定位提供理论指导。具体研究内容如下：首先，本文总结了旅游动力的国内外相关研究综述，并结合已有的研究成果，对相关概念进行界定。针对论文的研究特点，本文采用文献综述、实地调研、统计分析等定性与定量分析相结合的研究方法。其次，分析了济南旅游业的发展历程和发展现状。通过定性与定量分析得出和其他副省级城市相比，济南旅游发展的竞争力明显不足，旅游业发展的规模、速度和结构都存在着较大的差距。与发展同样迅速的山东省和省内其他城市相比，还存在旅游发展结构不合理、旅游效益不高以及旅游业对社会经济贡献率不足等问题。再次，对济南市旅游业发展动力机制和发展模式做了深入分析。定性分析方面，识别出影响济南旅游业发展的主要驱动指标，并概括介绍了济南旅游业发展基础条件，为定量分析提供了基础；定量分析方面，采用模糊综合评价、重力模型等多种方法对济南旅游业发展动力机制从时空两方面进行了分析，并采用聚类分析方法将济南10个区县市聚为4类，符合各区县的实际旅游发展情况。最后，根据前面对文章的分析总结，提出了济南旅游可持续发展的培育对策，以期提升济南的旅游业整体发展水平。
[Abstract]:With the increase of leisure time and the increase of disposable income, tourism has become an important part of life. As an important industry of national economic development, the development of tourism has driven many research topics. The research perspective of domestic and foreign tourism experts began to develop from macro qualitative analysis to micro quantitative analysis. However, there are few quantitative analyses on the dynamic mechanism of tourism development. Jinan is a famous historical and cultural city in China and the first batch of excellent tourist cities in China. However, due to the low level of tourism development in Jinan, the tourism planning is unreasonable. The existence of multiple problems, such as low level repeated construction, leads to a weak overall competition level and insufficient motive force for tourism development in Jinan. Therefore, how to effectively bring Jinan into play as the driving force of Shandong Province's core city, Improving the overall competitiveness of Jinan tourism has become an important subject of academic research. This paper takes Jinan as the research object, based on the related disciplines and theories, such as systematics, regional economics, etc., on the basis of deeply analyzing the present situation and existing problems of Jinan's tourism development, it identifies the main driving factors to promote Jinan's tourism development. This paper analyzes its motive mechanism, puts forward four modes of Jinan tourism development by constructing the driving model of Jinan tourism development, and further analyzes the tourism industry elements, tourism environment, tourism environment, tourism environment, tourism environment, tourism environment, tourism environment, tourism environment, tourism environment, This paper explores the optimization measures of Jinan tourism sustainable development from three aspects of infrastructure, and provides theoretical guidance for the sustainable development and positioning of Jinan tourism. The specific research contents are as follows:. First of all, this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign related research on tourism power, and combined with the existing research results, to define the relevant concepts. According to the characteristics of the paper, this paper uses literature review, field research, Statistical analysis and other qualitative and quantitative analysis of the combination of research methods. Secondly, the paper analyzes the development course and current situation of Jinan tourism industry. Through qualitative and quantitative analysis, it is concluded that compared with other sub-provincial cities, the competitiveness of Jinan tourism development is obviously insufficient, and the scale of tourism development. Compared with Shandong Province and other cities, there are still some problems such as unreasonable structure of tourism development, low efficiency of tourism and insufficient contribution rate of tourism to social economy. Thirdly, the driving mechanism and development mode of Jinan tourism development are analyzed deeply. In qualitative analysis, the main driving indicators affecting Jinan tourism development are identified, and the basic conditions of Jinan tourism development are introduced. In terms of quantitative analysis, various methods such as fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and gravity model are used to analyze the dynamic mechanism of tourism development in Jinan from two aspects of time and space. The cluster analysis method is used to cluster 10 counties and cities into 4 categories, which is in line with the actual tourism development of each district and county. Finally, according to the previous analysis and summary of the article, the paper puts forward the cultivation countermeasures of Jinan tourism sustainable development, in order to improve the overall level of tourism development in Jinan.
