全民健身时代户外运动俱乐部的发展思考

【摘要】:在全民健身时代,户外运动俱乐部是开展群众性户外运动与休闲活动的主要载体。调查发现,现阶段我国户外运动俱乐部存在着管理经营失范、组织结构不全、人员素质不高、市场定位不准、服务产品趋同、融资渠道单一和风险意识薄弱等问题。为有效推进户外运动俱乐部科学、规范、健康发展,可采取健全行政管理机构,完善管理制度;加强自身建设,提高环境适应能力和内部管理水平;积极开发特色服务产品,创新营销手段;加大从业队伍建设力度,提高从业人员业务素质和能力;提高消费者自我保护意识,正确引导理性消费等针对性举措。
[Abstract]:In the age of national fitness, outdoor sports clubs are the main carriers of mass outdoor sports and leisure activities. In order to effectively promote the scientific, standardized and healthy development of outdoor sports clubs, we can improve the administrative institutions and perfect the management system, so as to improve the market positioning, the convergence of service products, the single channel of financing and the weakness of risk awareness. Strengthen the self-construction, improve the ability to adapt to the environment and improve the level of internal management; actively develop characteristic service products, innovative marketing means, strengthen the construction of the workforce, improve the professional quality and ability of the employees; Improve consumer self-protection consciousness, guide rational consumption and other targeted measures correctly.
