烟台市葡萄酒庄旅游开发研究

【摘要】：随着经济的持续发展,作为“朝阳产业”的旅游业迅速发展壮大,旅游逐渐成为现代人生活的重要组成部分,人们对于旅游的需求也由传统的观光旅游向休闲、度假和各种专项旅游、特色旅游方向纵深发展。葡萄酒庄旅游集观光、休闲、体验、度假于一身,是极具发展潜力的旅游项目,它以鲜明的特色、独特的文化内涵以及丰富的旅游形式,对中外游客产生了极大的吸引力。烟台是中国近代工业化生产葡萄酒的发源地,也是中国最大的葡萄酒生产基地,其葡萄酒产量、销售收入、利润总额一直居全国第一位。与此同时,烟台市葡萄酒庄建设蓬勃开展,到目前为止,烟台市已建和在建酒庄共30多处,位于全国前列,具有发展酒庄旅游的资源背景和现实条件。在葡萄酒产业和旅游业迅速发展的今天,烟台市葡萄酒庄旅游虽然取得了初步地发展,但由于处在发展的初级阶段,也存在很多亟待解决的问题。如何整合资源,更好地发展全市酒庄旅游,这是烟台市葡萄酒业发展中面临的重大考验。本文以烟台葡萄酒庄旅游发展为实例,在分析烟台市葡萄酒庄的旅游资源背景和发展现状的基础上,提出了自己的对葡萄酒庄旅游发展的看法,以期能为烟台市乃至全国葡萄酒庄旅游的发展提供一定的参考。论文共由五章组成,按组织结构可分为以下几部分：第一章为绪论部分,阐明了研究课题的选题背景、国内外研究现状以及本文的研究方法,概述了葡萄酒、葡萄酒旅游和葡萄酒庄旅游的基础理论。第二章从现实的角度分析了烟台市发展葡萄酒庄旅游的资源优势、不足,运用比较分析的方法对烟台市葡萄酒庄旅游的资源背景进行了准确定位。第三章概述烟台市葡萄酒庄旅游的发展现状,明确了烟台市葡萄酒庄旅游下一步发展的起点和基础。第四章分析了烟台市葡萄酒庄旅游发展中存在的问题,并在结合实际走访情况提出了烟台市葡萄酒庄旅游可持续发展的建议。
[Abstract]:With the sustainable development of economy, tourism, as a "sunrise industry", has developed rapidly, tourism has gradually become an important part of modern people's life, and people's demand for tourism has also changed from traditional tourism to leisure. Resort and all kinds of special tourism, characteristic tourism direction in depth development. Wine resort tourism, tourism, leisure, experience, vacation in one, is a very potential tourism projects, it has a distinctive characteristics, The unique cultural connotation and rich tourism form have produced great attraction to Chinese and foreign tourists. Yantai is the birthplace of modern industrialized wine production in China and the largest wine production base in China. Its wine production, sales revenue and total profits have been ranked first in the country. The construction of wine farms in Yantai has flourished. So far, more than 30 wineries have been built and are under construction in Yantai, which is in the forefront of the country. Today, with the rapid development of wine industry and tourism, Yantai winery tourism has made a preliminary development, but it is in the initial stage of development. There are also many problems to be solved. How to integrate resources and better develop the tourism of wineries in Yantai City is a major test in the development of wine industry in Yantai. This paper takes the tourism development of Yantai Wine Farm as an example. On the basis of analyzing the background of tourism resources and the present situation of tourism development of winery in Yantai City, the author puts forward his own views on the tourism development of winery in order to provide a certain reference for the development of tourism in Yantai City and even in the whole country. The thesis is composed of five chapters, which can be divided into the following parts according to the organizational structure: the first chapter is the introduction part, which clarifies the background of the research topic, the domestic and foreign research status and the research methods of this paper, and summarizes the wine. The second chapter analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Yantai city in developing tourism resources of winery from the point of view of reality. This paper uses the method of comparative analysis to locate the resource background of Yantai winery tourism. The third chapter summarizes the present situation of Yantai winery tourism. This paper clarifies the starting point and foundation of the next development of Yantai winery tourism. The fourth chapter analyzes the problems existing in the tourism development of Yantai winery. In combination with the actual visit, the paper puts forward suggestions for the sustainable development of tourism in Yantai winery.
