阿坝州开发体育旅游的SWOT分析

【摘要】：进入二十一世纪之后,世界的旅游业取得了飞速的发展,而我国的旅游业也进入快速发展的时期。伴随社会生产力的发展,人们生活的条件和生活的方式都有了很大改善。生活中,人们越来越看重健康,希望在旅游的过程中达到返朴归真、寻求刺激、释放压力、冒险、健身等多重目的,于是将旅游与运动连系起来成了近年流行的趋势,而一种既运动又旅游的“体育健身游”出现。体育旅游在阿坝州的兴起有利于增加当地人民的收入,带动少数民族地区的经济协调发展,培育旅游经济新的增长点。同是,阿坝州发展体育旅游既能向游客展示阿坝州独有的美丽风景,也能使游客欣赏和亲身体验到藏羌民族传统体育,它有助于游客认识和了解藏羌民族传统体育,对藏羌民族传统体育的挖掘、传承、保护和发展有着积极的作用。阿坝州具有发展体育旅游的巨大潜力,但是在体育旅游开发模式研究方面不足,而使得体育旅游没有形成规模化发展。本文运用SWOT分析法、文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对阿坝州体育旅游的开发进行研究,文章认为阿坝州在发展体育旅游的过程当中有明显的文化优势和资源优势,例如拥有的自然遗产和生态保护区较多、拥有大熊猫及其相关生态环境资源、羌族文化优势明显、在四川省生态旅游规划中地位显著。但由于受到地理因素和基础设施建设等方面的影响,发展当中制约的因素也较多。例如基础设施建设相对薄弱、旅游产品结构欠妥、自然和文化生态环境脆弱、管理体制亟需改善。文章认为阿坝州需要积极发挥政府职能,制定相应政策法律规范、合理简化体育旅游管理环节、制定景区资源融资管理规范。于此同时发动社会力量完善社会支持,发展城市的体育休闲产业、整合体育旅游产业资源、强化单项协会与景区在体育旅游项目上的合作。此外,挖掘地方特色,为体育旅游提供资源支持,把握市场经济规律,加强相关人才培养。通过系统化体育旅游开发策略的制定,提高阿坝州体育旅游的整体竞争力。
[Abstract]:After entering the 21 century, the world's tourism industry has made rapid development, while our country's tourism industry has also entered a period of rapid development. People's living conditions and way of life have been greatly improved. In life, people pay more and more attention to health. They hope to return to their common sense in the process of traveling, seeking stimulation, releasing pressure, taking risks, exercising, and so on. Therefore, the connection between tourism and sports has become a popular trend in recent years. The rise of sports tourism in Aba prefecture is conducive to increasing the income of the local people, promoting the coordinated development of the economy in minority areas, and fostering new growth points in the tourism economy. The development of sports tourism in Aba Prefecture can not only show visitors the unique beautiful scenery of Aba Prefecture, but also enable tourists to enjoy and experience the traditional sports of Tibetan and Qiang nationalities in person. It is helpful for tourists to understand and understand traditional sports of Tibetan and Qiang nationalities. The excavation, inheritance, protection and development of traditional sports of Tibetan and Qiang nationalities play a positive role. Aba Prefecture has great potential to develop sports tourism, but it lacks of research on the development mode of sports tourism. Sports tourism has not formed a scale of development. This paper studies the development of sports tourism in Aba Prefecture by using the methods of SWOT analysis, literature and logical analysis, etc. The paper holds that Aba Prefecture has obvious cultural and resource advantages in the process of developing sports tourism. For example, having more natural heritage and ecological reserves, having giant pandas and their related ecological environment resources, the Qiang people have obvious cultural advantages. It plays an important role in the ecotourism planning of Sichuan Province. However, due to the influence of geographical factors and infrastructure construction, there are also many factors restricting the development. For example, the infrastructure construction is relatively weak and the tourism product structure is inadequate. The natural and cultural ecological environment is fragile and the management system needs to be improved. The paper holds that Aba needs to give full play to government functions, formulate corresponding policy and legal norms, reasonably simplify the management of sports tourism, and formulate management norms of resources and financing of scenic spots. At the same time, it is necessary to mobilize social forces to improve social support. To develop sports and leisure industry in cities, to integrate sports tourism industry resources, to strengthen cooperation between individual associations and scenic spots in sports tourism projects. In addition, to tap local characteristics, to provide resource support for sports tourism, and to grasp the laws of market economy. Strengthen the cultivation of related talents and improve the overall competitiveness of Aba Prefecture through the formulation of systematic sports tourism development strategy.
