促进郴州乡村旅游发展的对策研究

【摘要】：20世纪80年代开始,乡村旅游在我国逐渐兴起,并且发展迅速,“魅力乡村、活力城市、和谐中国”等乡村旅游宣传活动不断成为热点,使我国乡村旅游市场得到了极大、快速发展,且成为了我国国内旅游产业的重要支柱。乡村旅游具有促进产业结构调整、扩大农村就业机会以及农村社会经济的可持续发展的作用,因此,越来越受到社会各界人士的关注与重视。本论文首先对乡村旅游的相关概念以及国内外的研究现状进行了了解,运用已有的相关理论研究成果,借以最新的统计数据以及最新的有关乡村旅游的政策文件,在此基础上通过实地调研、文献查阅、横向比较等方面来分析郴州乡村旅游资源和乡村旅游市场；然后在掌握了大量的第一笔数据资料的基础上,详细的对郴州乡村旅游的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战方面进行SWOT分析,并通过采取问卷调查的形式对郴州乡村旅游发展进行了实证分析；最终,在详细的列举了国内外乡村旅游发展较为先进的国家与地区,对其发展乡村旅游的经验进行借鉴,提出了建设性的思路与对策,即要在强化政府引导、加强市场管理、创新经营模式、开发旅游产品等方面同时着力,科学规划,合理开发,创新经营,加强宣传,尽快打开郴州乡村旅游发展的新局面,为郴州旅游经济乃至整个经济发展提供强力支撑,为全市乡村旅游发展提供了新思路。
[Abstract]:Since 1980s, rural tourism has been rising gradually in our country, and it has developed rapidly. Rural tourism propaganda activities such as "charismatic countryside, energetic city, harmonious China" have become hot spots, which make the rural tourism market of our country get a great deal.Rapid development, and has become an important pillar of the domestic tourism industry.Rural tourism has the function of promoting the adjustment of industrial structure, expanding rural employment opportunities and the sustainable development of rural social economy. Therefore, more and more people from all walks of life pay more and more attention to it.In this paper, we first understand the related concepts of rural tourism and the current research situation at home and abroad, and apply the existing relevant theoretical research results to the latest statistical data and the latest policy documents on rural tourism.On this basis, through field research, literature review, horizontal comparison and other aspects to analyze Chenzhou rural tourism resources and rural tourism market, and then in the grasp of a large number of data on the basis of the first batch of data.The advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of rural tourism in Chenzhou are analyzed by SWOT in detail, and the development of rural tourism in Chenzhou is analyzed by questionnaire survey.This paper enumerates in detail the countries and regions which are more advanced in the development of rural tourism at home and abroad, draws lessons from their experiences in developing rural tourism, and puts forward constructive ideas and countermeasures, that is, to strengthen the guidance of the government and strengthen the market management.Innovating business models, developing tourism products, and so on, simultaneously focusing on scientific planning, rational development, innovative management, strengthening publicity, and opening up as soon as possible a new situation for the development of rural tourism in Chenzhou.It provides strong support for the tourism economy of Chenzhou and the development of the whole economy, and provides a new way of thinking for the development of the whole city's rural tourism.
