青岛旅游目的地游客时空行为模式的实证研究

【摘要】:旅游者是旅游活动的主体、旅游产业服务的对象,了解其行为模式及行为发生的影响机制,将有助于旅游目的地的规划管理者更好地理解旅游者的活动过程和需求情况,对优化景区产品和提高旅游者体验质量有重要的实践意义。 青岛市作为中国首批优秀旅游城市,其旅游业在获得较快发展的同时,也面临着一些瓶颈,据此,青岛市政府在“十二五”旅游发展规划中,为青岛市旅游业未来的发展提出了在旅游产品、旅游增长方式及旅游环境与质量层面上“三个转变”的发展目标。 鉴于此,本文以青岛旅游目的地游客的时空行为模式为研究对象,尝试将时间地理学研究方法引入旅游者行为研究中,在对目的地游客时空行为模式进行实证研究的基础上,尝试通过网络游记考察法对游客时空行为背后的驱动因素进行解释,并据此提出青岛旅游目的地的优化建议。 本研究发现:青岛旅游目的地游客按时空行为模式可聚类为5个类型,分别为类型Ⅰ——“L型环前海地标3日游模式”,类型Ⅱ——“直线贯穿市南老城区3日游模式”,类型Ⅲ——“S型穿岛深度游模式”,类型IV——“弧形穿岛3日游模式”和类型Ⅴ——“V型半岛弹性模式”。研究同时还发现,大部分来青岛旅游的游客趋向于选择地理覆盖范围较广、岛城东西部景区兼顾的旅游线路。 在对游客时空行为模式进行归纳的基础上,本研究剖析了游客时空行为背后的驱动因素,总结为三点:第一,传统景点旅游环境容量亟待提升与优化;第二,景区“冷热度”亟需平衡;第三,现有景点游憩功能亟待完善。对此,针对目的地的规划管理者,提出了优化建议:第一,加强旅游环境保护与容量控制;第二,促进产业联动,丰富景区内涵;第三,加强旅游市场开发,以“热”带“冷”;第四,加强青岛目的地旅游基础和配套设施建设。 上述研究结果在丰富了该领域理论研究成果的同时,对于青岛旅游目的地政府部门及旅游企业而言,也有重要的参考价值。本研究掌握了青岛游客的时空行为规律,了解了旅游产品和设施的实际利用情况,这为青岛市旅游产品结构调整和升级提供了管理依据。当然,本研究尚存很多不足之处,仍需进一步完善。
[Abstract]:Tourists are the main body of tourism activities, the object of tourism industry service, to understand its behavior pattern and the influence mechanism of behavior occurrence, will help the planning manager of tourist destination to better understand the tourist's activity process and demand situation.It has important practical significance to optimize scenic area products and improve tourist experience quality.Qingdao is one of the first excellent tourist cities in China. Its tourism industry is developing rapidly, but it is also facing some bottlenecks. According to this, Qingdao Municipal Government has been planning for tourism development in the 12th Five-Year Plan.For the future development of tourism in Qingdao, this paper puts forward the development goal of "three changes" in the aspects of tourism products, tourism growth mode and tourism environment and quality.In view of this, this paper takes the spatio-temporal behavior pattern of Qingdao tourist destination as the research object, attempts to introduce the time-geography research method into the tourist behavior research, and carries on the empirical research foundation to the destination tourist space-time behavior pattern.This paper attempts to explain the driving factors behind tourists' spatial and temporal behavior through the method of online travel records, and then puts forward some suggestions for optimizing Qingdao's tourist destination.In this study, it is found that the tourists of Qingdao tourist destination can be clustered into five types according to the spatial-temporal behavior pattern, which are type 鈪,
