马山县农业旅游发展现状与探索

【摘要】：本文基于马山县丰富的农业旅游资源,运用国内外的相应研究理论和成果对马山县农业旅游发展环境、发展现状、发展的主要模式、特点和存在的主要问题进行了深入系统的探讨和分析,并提出了具有针对性的对策建议,对马山县农业旅游的发展具有建设性的指导意义。本文得出马山县农业旅游的主要研究结论如下： (1)农业旅游发展环境十分乐观。 (2)农业旅游发展现状：农业旅游经济体快速发展,大力发展多元化的旅游品牌体系；农民专业合作组织、农产品加工基地、节会经济不断发展,特色旅游线路基本形成。 (3)农业旅游特点：潜在市场巨大；旅游资源丰富；区位优势突出；可供开发产品多；消费档次趋向多层并举；尚处于发展的初期阶段。 (4)农业旅游发展存在的主要问题：总体规划滞后,基础薄弱；项目建设和招商引资力度不大；缺乏旅游商品的系统性和创新性；行政管理体制不健全,服务意识不强；水资源、特色景观利用不足；民俗文化融入不够充分。 (5)对马山县农业旅游发展的对策建议：严格遵循农业旅游发展的规律；及时完善马山县农业旅游总体规划；突出农业旅游资源的保护和宣传营销；加大对农业旅游基础设施建设的投入力度；加强对农业旅游产品开发的引导和扶持；强化农业旅游的经营管理；不断充实和拓展农业旅游的内容；尽快整合现有农业旅游资源；构建和完善农业旅游商务系统。
[Abstract]:Based on the abundant agricultural tourism resources in Mashan County, this paper applies the corresponding research theories and achievements at home and abroad to the development environment, current situation and main mode of development of agricultural tourism in Mashan County.The characteristics and main problems are discussed and analyzed deeply and systematically, and some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, which are of constructive significance to the development of agricultural tourism in Mashan County.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:Agricultural tourism development environment is very optimistic.2) the present situation of agricultural tourism development: the rapid development of agricultural tourism economy, the vigorous development of diversified tourism brand system, the continuous development of farmers' professional cooperative organizations, the processing base of agricultural products, the continuous development of festival economy and the basic formation of characteristic tourist routes.3) the characteristics of agricultural tourism: the potential market is huge, the tourism resources are abundant, the location advantage is outstanding, the available products are many, the consumption level is moving towards multi-level simultaneous development, and it is still in the initial stage of development.4) the main problems in the development of agricultural tourism are: the overall planning is lagging behind, the foundation is weak, the intensity of project construction and attracting investment is not enough, the system and innovation of tourism commodities are lacking, the administrative system is not perfect, the service consciousness is not strong, the water resources,The characteristic landscape utilization is insufficient; the folk custom culture integration is not enough.The countermeasures and suggestions for the development of agricultural tourism in Mashan County are as follows: strictly follow the law of agricultural tourism development; perfect the master plan of agricultural tourism in time; emphasize the protection and marketing of agricultural tourism resources;Increase the investment in the agricultural tourism infrastructure construction; strengthen the guidance and support to the development of agricultural tourism products; strengthen the management of agricultural tourism; constantly enrich and expand the content of agricultural tourism; integrate the existing agricultural tourism resources as soon as possible;Construct and perfect agricultural tourism business system.
