紫砂产业平台化商业模式研究

【摘要】：进入二十一世纪,企业的经营环境发生了前所未有的质的变化。从世界看,全球化速度大大加快,信息化浪潮不断涌现；从中国看,市场化程度日益加深。经营环境的激烈变化使得企业经营复杂多变,传统商业模式受到了前所未有的挑战。对此,企业必须创新商业模式,以适应经营环境的深刻变化。本文结合紫砂产业发展现状,探讨商业模式在紫砂产业的应用。本文首先介绍了商业模式理论和内涵,然后分析了紫砂产业发展历史和目前紫砂产业存在的问题,为了解决这些问题,提出了创新紫砂产业的商业模式,第四章详细介绍了紫砂产业平台化商业模式的内涵及构建流程,在平台化商业模式的设计的基础上,把握紫砂产业链上的原料供应、生产和销售环节的关键资源要素,通过整合资源构建平台化紫砂企业,借助信息网络平台协同运作以平台化企业的方式创新发展紫砂产业,最后构建商业模式的指标评价体系并采用模糊综合评判法对商业模式进行综合评价。平台化运作紫砂产业不仅能够提高紫砂企业效率,增强企业的核心竞争力,改善宜兴紫砂企业经营,确保紫砂制品质量,还有助于统一紫砂品牌,增强品牌影响力,重塑紫砂文化地位。本文选取不同于以往研究成果的研究角度来设计紫砂产业创新发展的商业模式,本文采用商业模式理论研究紫砂产业的发展问题,扩展了商业模式的应用领域。本文建立完整的商业模式评价指标体系,采用模糊综合评判法来评价指标,实现评价指标在紫砂产业平台化商业模式上的应用,切实解决实际问题。本文从产业角度,以整合产业链关键资源为基础,从更为宏观的产业角度创新紫砂产业的发展方式,为紫砂产业发展提出了建议。
[Abstract]:Entering the 21 century, the business environment of enterprises has undergone unprecedented qualitative changes.From the view of the world, the speed of globalization is greatly accelerated, and the tide of information technology is constantly emerging; from the perspective of China, the degree of marketization is deepening day by day.The fierce change of business environment makes business complex and changeable, and the traditional business model is facing unprecedented challenges.For this, the enterprise must innovate the business model, in order to adapt to the profound changes in the business environment.Based on the development of purple sand industry, this paper discusses the application of business model in purple sand industry.This paper first introduces the theory and connotation of business model, then analyzes the history of purple sand industry development and the problems existing in purple sand industry at present. In order to solve these problems, the paper puts forward the innovative business model of purple sand industry.The fourth chapter introduces the connotation and construction process of the platform business model of purple sand industry in detail. On the basis of the design of the platform business model, it grasps the key resource elements of raw material supply, production and sale in the industry chain of purple sand.Through the integration of resources to build a platform-based purple sand enterprises, with the help of information network platform to cooperate with the platform of enterprise innovation and development of purple sand industry,Finally, the index evaluation system of the business model is constructed and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the business model.The platform operation of purple sand industry can not only improve the efficiency of purple sand enterprises, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, improve the management of Yixing purple sand enterprises, ensure the quality of purple sand products, but also help to unify the purple sand brands and enhance the brand influence.Remoulding the cultural status of purple sand.In this paper, different from the previous research results to design the purple sand industry innovation and development of the business model, this paper uses the business model theory to study the development of purple sand industry, expanding the application of business models.In this paper, a complete evaluation index system of business model is established, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the index. The application of the evaluation index in the commercial model of purple sand industry platform is realized, and the practical problems are solved.Based on integrating the key resources of industry chain and innovating the development mode of purple sand industry from the perspective of industry, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of purple sand industry.
