【摘要】：论文以新疆自然环境和社会环境为研究背景，并依据新疆特有的生态环境和人居特点，分析和调查土遗址的相关资料，探讨新疆土遗址价值评估的基本问题。论文明确了评估内容和分值的重要性、评估主体的广泛性和专业性以及评估对象的复杂性。评估内容和权重分值是价值评估模型建立的基本问题，它们的确定是以文献研究、问卷研究、实证研究，再使用归纳、比较、分类等研究方法和全面系统的研究各国法律法规、国际公约宪章以及国内外专家、学者的研究成果为基础的。笔者总结、归纳、提炼出适合于我国新疆地区的土遗址价值评估标准，提出了历史价值、艺术价值、科学价值、社会价值和情感价值五大价值类型。从定量评估和定性评估两种不同的角度对土遗址的价值进行综合评估，得出符合新疆土遗址价值评估的模型，使土遗址保护理念的发展和传承能与当地的自然人文环境和谐统一起来。最后，论文的实证研究部分，以新疆最为著名的交河故城遗址为例，，全面展示了新疆土遗址价值评估模型研究的成果，从而验证其实践性。
[Abstract]:This paper takes Xinjiang natural environment and social environment as the research background, and according to the unique ecological environment and human settlement characteristics of Xinjiang, analyzes and investigates the relevant data of the earthen sites, and probes into the basic problems of the value evaluation of the Xinjiang earthen sites.This paper clarifies the importance of the evaluation content and score, the universality and professionalism of the evaluation subject and the complexity of the evaluation object.The evaluation content and the weight score are the basic problems in the establishment of the value evaluation model. Their determination is based on literature research, questionnaire research, empirical research, and the comprehensive and systematic study of the laws and regulations of various countries by using the methods of induction, comparison, classification and so on.The charter of international conventions and the research results of experts and scholars at home and abroad.The author summarizes, induces and abstracts the evaluation criteria of the value of earthen sites suitable for Xinjiang, and puts forward five value types: historical value, artistic value, scientific value, social value and emotional value.From two different angles of quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation, the value of earthen sites is comprehensively evaluated, and a model that accords with the value evaluation of Xinjiang earthen sites is obtained.So that the development and inheritance of the concept of conservation of earthen sites can be harmonized with the local natural and human environment.Finally, the empirical research part of the paper, taking the most famous Jiaohe ruins in Xinjiang as an example, comprehensively shows the results of the research on the value evaluation model of the new frontier sites, thus validating its practicality.
