济南饮食文化旅游形象研究

【摘要】:文化作为旅游的灵魂,随着旅游业深入发展日益引起人们的关注。2011年旅游主题确定为中国文化旅游年,一时文化旅游成为旅游开发的热点,各地纷纷挖掘地方特色文化旅游资源以期在这一契机下谋得话语权,寻求更宽泛的旅游区域发展空间。 饮食文化作为地域性文化的产物,是了解一个地方文化的窗口。济南在其独特的自然地理、历史文化等诸多因素的影响下,形成了济南饮食文化体系,它包括济南菜、地方小吃以及贯穿其中的习俗礼仪、历史典故等等。通过济南饮食文化可以了解济南的成长,以及贯穿其中的泉水文化、名士文化、商埠文化、烹饪文化以及地方民俗风情等。但目前济南旅游整体发展不是很乐观,旅游集中在观光、商务会议,类型单一有待进一步丰富,与此同时旅游整体发展水平与其省会城市极不相称,远逊于青岛、烟台。需借助新的旅游形式带动济南旅游发展,改善其中转站的局面。饮食文化旅游作为一种新的旅游形式,其特色之处在于将地方文化元素融入体验,给人以高层次的精神满足。鉴于此,济南可借助饮食文化旅游将济南各种文化整合,增强旅游发展活力提升市场竞争力。整合前提之一就是进行形象研究进一步明确济南饮食文化的形象,以便于进行对内规范、引导,对外宣传推广。 本文借助已有的目的地形象理论及研究成果,展开对济南饮食文化旅游形象的系统研究,,在形象“三维测量”及定位分析的基础上,提出济南饮食文化旅游形象定位口号,及具体的宣传推广策略。
[Abstract]:As the soul of tourism, with the further development of tourism, people pay more and more attention to culture. In 2011, the theme of tourism was determined as the year of Chinese cultural tourism, and cultural tourism became a hot spot in tourism development. Local cultural tourism resources are being excavated one after another in order to gain the right to speak and to seek a broader development space for tourism regions under this opportunity. As a product of regional culture, diet culture is a window to understand a local culture. Under the influence of its unique natural geography, historical culture and other factors, Jinan food and culture system is formed, which includes Jinan dishes, local snacks, customs and etiquette, historical allusions and so on. Through Jinan food culture we can understand the growth of Jinan, as well as the spring water culture, celebrity culture, commercial culture, culinary culture and local folk customs and so on. But at present the overall development of Jinan tourism is not very optimistic, tourism concentrated in sightseeing, business meetings, the type of single need to be further enriched, at the same time, the overall level of tourism development and its provincial capital city is very inappropriate, far inferior to Qingdao, Yantai. It is necessary to promote the tourism development of Jinan with the help of new tourism forms and improve the situation of its transit station. Food culture tourism as a new form of tourism, its characteristic lies in the integration of local cultural elements into the experience, giving people a high level of spiritual satisfaction. In view of this, Jinan can integrate all kinds of culture with food culture tourism, enhance tourism development vitality and promote market competitiveness. One of the premise of integration is to further clarify the image of Jinan food culture, in order to facilitate the internal norms, guidance, publicity and promotion. With the help of the theory of destination image and the research results, this paper makes a systematic study on the tourism image of Jinan diet culture, and puts forward the slogan of positioning the image of Jinan diet culture tourism on the basis of "3D measurement" and positioning analysis of the image. And specific promotional strategies.
