【摘要】：现代旅游农业发展,要在发展中解决农业与旅游的协调耦合问题。核心是推动农业对旅游业的服务配套功能,增加农民收入,保障农民权益,推动农村经济又好又快发展；基本要求是旅游业反哺农业,把实现好、维护好、发展好广大农民根本利益作为推动现代旅游农业工作的出发点和落脚点；根本方法是协调兼顾,把旅游与农业资源一体规划,并形成旅游反哺农业的有效机制；突破口是促进传统农业向适应品质旅游发展的服务型农业转型；基本目标是使农业与旅游业协调共同发展,促进农民增收,在这种大的背景下,为进一步丰富潍坊地区旅游产业内涵,活跃地区旅游市场内容,提升旅游产品附加值和市场竞争力,发展现代旅游农业是必由之路。潍坊现代旅游农业发展,有助于实现旅游主导产品与辅助产品的相辅相成,实现保护生态环境与挖掘生态价值的良性统一本文的研究目标是通过探讨潍坊市旅游农业的发展情况以及开发模式,在解决潍坊市现代旅游农业的发展问题的过程中为旅游农业的发展、建设社会主义新农村提供理论支持与借鉴。研究主要包括以下四个方面：首先,通过文献整理的方法,研究国内外旅游农业的发展情况,以及旅游农业的特征、类型等相关内容。其次,通过SWOT分析方法,结合潍坊市旅游农业的实际情况,分析了潍坊市旅游农业发展的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁等。再次,通过调查问卷的方法,分析探讨了潍坊市旅游农业客源的影响因素,包括受访者的基本情况、旅游的行为特征、旅游意愿分析以及选择休闲旅游农业的意愿等。最后,在结合潍坊市旅游农业发展的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁等以及潍坊市旅游农业客源的影响因素的基础上提出了潍坊市旅游农业发展的对策及建议,包括建立农业的品质化生产体系、打造旅游型农副产品加工体系、发展体验交互式的旅游农业体系、强化市场开发及营销体系建设、完善基础设施配套体系建设等。
[Abstract]:In the development of modern tourism agriculture, the coordination and coupling between agriculture and tourism should be solved. The core is to promote agricultural services to tourism, increase farmers' income, protect farmers' rights and interests, and promote the sound and rapid development of the rural economy. To develop the fundamental interests of farmers as the starting point and foothold of promoting the modern tourism agricultural work, the basic method is to coordinate and take into account, to plan tourism and agricultural resources in one, and to form an effective mechanism for tourism to feed agriculture. The breakthrough is to promote the transformation of traditional agriculture to service-oriented agriculture, which adapts to the development of quality-oriented tourism. The basic goal is to make agriculture and tourism develop in a coordinated manner and increase farmers' income. In order to further enrich the connotation of tourism industry in Weifang, activate the content of regional tourism market, enhance the added value and market competitiveness of tourism products, it is the only way to develop modern tourism agriculture. The development of modern tourism agriculture in Weifang is helpful to realize the complementation of tourism leading products and auxiliary products, and to realize the benign unification of protecting ecological environment and excavating ecological value. The research goal of this paper is to explore the development of tourism agriculture in Weifang and its development mode, and to solve the problem of the development of modern tourism agriculture in Weifang. Building a new socialist countryside to provide theoretical support and reference. The research mainly includes the following four aspects: first, through the method of literature collation, the paper studies the development of tourism agriculture at home and abroad, as well as the characteristics and types of tourism agriculture. Secondly, this paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the development of tourism agriculture in Weifang by means of SWOT analysis and combining with the actual situation of tourism agriculture in Weifang. Thirdly, through the method of questionnaire, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of tourist resources of tourism agriculture in Weifang, including the basic situation of the interviewees, the characteristics of tourism behavior, the analysis of tourism intention and the willingness to choose leisure tourism agriculture, etc. Finally, on the basis of combining the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the development of tourism agriculture in Weifang as well as the influencing factors of tourist resources of tourism agriculture in Weifang, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of tourism agriculture in Weifang. It includes establishing the quality production system of agriculture, creating the processing system of tourism agricultural by-products, developing the interactive tourism agricultural system, strengthening the construction of market development and marketing system, perfecting the supporting system of infrastructure and so on.
