【摘要】：洛铜冶炼厂作为铜加工工业的现代历史见证。记录着特定的历史活动信息，其历史价值、文化价值、美学价值、经济价值以及社会价值均不容小觑。具体表现在：工业区规划遗产价值——生产区与生活区分开，功能布局规划科学、合理；单体厂房和机器的遗产价值与审美价值；作为特色民居价值的历史价值与实用价值；有色金属科技价值——洛铜仍是我国著名的铜材和有色金属加工企业，总体技术仍全国领先.。除一些保密技术之外，大部分可以展示出来，具有很强的科普和科技旅游价值；工业史料价值——.企业有完整的技术、产品和历史档案。这就是要研究洛铜冶炼厂工业遗产保护和开发的目的和重要性。本文通过文献检索、阅读和分析，了解目前工业遗产保护和旅游开发的研究现状和相关的结论，以提供研究提供借鉴；借鉴对国内外工业遗产保护和旅游开发的相关研究，找出理论和实践上的不足，以便更加完善；然后以洛铜冶炼厂工业遗产为整体，分析其资源价值、目前现状及面临的问题，，制定保护和开发的原则，依据国内外范例以及洛铜冶炼厂工业遗产自身特点，找到洛铜工业遗产的保护和开发利用途径，并对工业遗产和旅游开发策略进行有益的探索。本文从工业遗产的价值分析位为切入点，通过以点带面，点面结合价值分析模式，对洛铜冶炼厂的价值点和面进行挖掘和整理；并对目前洛铜工业遗产的保护现状以及存在的问题进行剖析；再到洛铜冶炼厂工业遗产保护和开发的原则的确立；最后到洛铜冶炼厂工业遗产保护规划中难点也是工业遗产保护的最终目的——合理开发策略（对策）。分析不断深入，研究逐渐细化，对洛铜冶炼厂工业遗产的保护与旅游开发进行了有益的探索和研究。从全文由浅入深的研究得出结论：洛铜冶炼厂深层次、系统性的工业遗产旅游开发不仅从理论上行得通，在实践中也是可行的，洛铜冶炼厂工业遗产旅游价值点、面很多，具有很高的保护和旅游开发价值。并对保护和开发策略进行了全面、系统、深入的规划和研究，势必大大推动洛铜冶炼厂工业遗产保护和开发进程。
[Abstract]:Luo Copper smelter as the modern historical witness of copper processing industry. The historical value, cultural value, aesthetic value, economic value and social value can not be underestimated. It is shown in the following aspects: the heritage value of industrial zone planning, the distinction between production area and life, the scientific and reasonable layout of function, the heritage value and aesthetic value of single factory building and machine, the historical value and practical value as the value of characteristic folk residence; Non-ferrous metal science and technology value-Luo copper is still a famous copper and non-ferrous metal processing enterprises, the overall technology is still leading. In addition to some secret technology, most can be displayed, with a strong science and technology tourism value; the value of industrial historical materials. The company has complete technical, product and historical files. This is the purpose and importance of studying the protection and development of the industrial heritage of Luotong smelter. Through literature retrieval, reading and analysis, this paper finds out the current research situation and relevant conclusions of industrial heritage protection and tourism development, in order to provide reference for the research, and draw lessons from the relevant research on industrial heritage protection and tourism development at home and abroad. To find out the theoretical and practical deficiencies in order to be more perfect, and then take the industrial heritage of the Luotong smelter as a whole, analyze the value of its resources, present situation and problems faced, and formulate the principles for protection and development. Based on the examples at home and abroad and the characteristics of the industrial heritage of Luotong smelter, the ways of protection and exploitation of the industrial heritage of Luotong smelter are found, and the strategies of industrial heritage and tourism development are also explored. From the point of view of the value analysis of industrial heritage, this paper excavates and arranges the value points and surfaces of Luo Copper smelter by combining the value analysis model with the point zone. The present status and problems of the protection of the industrial heritage of Luotong smelter are analyzed, and the principles of the protection and development of the industrial heritage of Luotong smelter are established. Finally, the difficulty in the planning of industrial heritage protection in Luotong smelter is also the ultimate goal of industrial heritage protection-rational development strategy (countermeasures). With the deepening of the analysis and the gradual refinement of the research, the protection of the industrial heritage and the tourism development of the Luotong smelter were explored and studied. The conclusion is drawn from the study that the systematic tourism development of the industrial heritage is not only feasible in theory, but also feasible in practice. There are many tourist value points in the industrial heritage of Luotong smelter. Has the very high protection and the tourism development value. The comprehensive, systematic, in-depth planning and research on the protection and development strategy will greatly promote the process of industrial heritage protection and development in Luotong smelter.
