武陵山片区旅游合作障碍因素分析及对策研究

【摘要】：区域旅游合作是世界旅游业发展的重要趋势,也是提高区域旅游竞争力,促进区域旅游可持续发展的重要保障。武陵山片区旅游资源丰富,区域经济发展落后,贫困现象严重,旅游扶贫被寄予厚望。区域旅游合作是有效实现武陵山片区旅游扶贫的重要途径。本文正是基于这一背景分析研究武陵山片区区域旅游合作的障碍因素。文章首先根据目前国内外区域旅游合作的研究现状,明确了区域旅游合作在发达地区已经发挥了重要作用,在理论和实践上都取得了很多先进的经验和成果,有了相对成熟的研究体系。但区域旅游合作在贫困地区尚未引起应有的重视,很多研究和实践工作还处在探索阶段。因此文章紧接着在描述武陵山片区旅游业发展和区域旅游合作现状的基础上,分析了武陵山片区作为贫困地区在旅游合作上的必要性。但与国内东部沿海发达地区的区域旅游合作相比,武陵山连片贫困地区在区域旅游合作上存在很多障碍,文章分别从政策因素、经济因素、自然条件及资源因素、交通因素、市场因素、信息因素、人力资源因素、文化因素、政府管理因素、社会发展水平因素等十个方面分析了这些因素对武陵山片区旅游合作产生的障碍。为了进一步了解这些障碍因素对武陵山片区旅游合作的影响程度,文章通过问卷调查的方式,利用主成分分析法按照障碍影响程度将十个障碍因子分成了三个层次,分别为主要限制因子包括政策因素、交通因素、自然条件及资源因素；次要制约因子包括市场因素、经济因素、政府管理水平因素、社会发展水平因素；以及辅助制约因子包括文化因素、信息因素、人力资源因素。最后根据各个障碍因素对武陵山片区的影响,结合武陵山片区的现实情况,分别提出了一系列针对性建议。
[Abstract]:Regional tourism cooperation is an important trend of the development of world tourism, and also an important guarantee to improve the competitiveness of regional tourism and promote the sustainable development of regional tourism. Wuling Mountain region is rich in tourism resources, regional economic development is backward, poverty is serious, tourism poverty alleviation is highly expected. Regional tourism cooperation is an important way to effectively realize tourism poverty alleviation in Wuling Mountain area. Based on this background, this paper analyzes the obstacles of regional tourism cooperation in Wuling Mountain. First of all, according to the current research situation of regional tourism cooperation at home and abroad, this paper clarifies that regional tourism cooperation has played an important role in developed regions, and has achieved many advanced experiences and achievements in theory and practice. There is a relatively mature research system. However, regional tourism cooperation has not attracted due attention in poor areas, and many research and practice work are still in the exploratory stage. Therefore, on the basis of describing the tourism development and the current situation of regional tourism cooperation in Wuling Mountain region, this paper analyzes the necessity of tourism cooperation in Wuling Mountain region as a poverty-stricken area. However, compared with the regional tourism cooperation in the developed coastal areas of eastern China, there are many obstacles in the regional tourism cooperation in the poverty-stricken areas of Wuling Mountain. The article analyzes the policy factors, economic factors, natural conditions and resource factors, and transportation factors, respectively. Ten factors, such as market factor, information factor, human resource factor, culture factor, government management factor, social development level factor and so on, have analyzed the obstacles of these factors to the tourism cooperation in Wulingshan area. In order to further understand the impact of these obstacles on tourism cooperation in Wuling Mountain, the paper divides the ten obstacle factors into three levels by means of questionnaire survey and principal component analysis. The main restrictive factors include policy factors, traffic factors, natural conditions and resource factors, while secondary constraints factors include market factors, economic factors, government management level factors, social development level factors. And auxiliary constraints include cultural factors, information factors, human resources factors. Finally, according to the influence of various obstacle factors on the Wuling Mountain area, combined with the actual situation of Wuling Mountain region, a series of targeted suggestions are put forward.
