扬州瘦西湖风景区游客满意度影响因素研究

【摘要】:随着经济的发展以及人们生活水平的提高,促使旅游业获得了快速发展;国家和政府不断调整经济结构,又为旅游业带来了新的发展机遇。旅游业的蓬勃发展使得旅游业竞争激烈化,而旅游景区想要获得核心竞争力,除了对景区的资源进行保护、开发、规划和建设等,还需要致力于游客满意度的提高,因为游客是旅游活动的主要参与者,旅游产品的价值得到游客的认可才能完全体现出来。 本文以扬州瘦西湖风景区为研究对象,采用理论分析与实证研究相结合的方法,研究其游客满意度及其影响因素。首先,本文分析研究背景,提出研究问题;其次,在文献梳理和理论回顾的基础上,构建游客满意度影响因素模型并提出了相关研究假设;再次,参考成熟量表设计了本研究的调查问卷并收集数据,并运用SPSS16.0统计软件对理论模型进行了实证检验,并用相关分析、回归分析等方法验证了各变量之间的相关关系。最后,获得最终的研究结论:(1)游客对景区景点、基础设施、旅游服务、配套设施以及旅游价格的积极评价对游客总体满意程度均有正向影响;(2)游客对瘦西湖风景区最不满意的是旅游价格因素,最满意的是景区景点因素;(3)根据游客满意影响程度,依次为旅游价格、基础设施、配套设施、景区景点以及旅游服务;(4)游客对瘦西湖风景区的整体满意度接近“满意”的水平,仍有一定的提升空间。 根据研究结论,本文提出了相关的对策建议:(1)加强旅游价格的管理;(2)增强配套设施的功能;(3)提升旅游服务水平;(4)完善瘦西湖风景区的基础设施建设等。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard, the tourism industry has been developed rapidly, and the country and the government have constantly adjusted the economic structure, which has brought new development opportunities for the tourism industry. The vigorous development of tourism makes the competition of tourism fierce. In order to obtain the core competitiveness, in addition to the protection, development, planning and construction of the resources of the scenic spots, tourism scenic spots also need to devote themselves to the improvement of tourist satisfaction. Because tourists are the main participants in tourism activities, the value of tourism products can be fully reflected by tourists. This paper takes Yangzhou Scenic spot of thin West Lake as the research object, using the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical research to study its tourist satisfaction and its influencing factors. Firstly, this paper analyzes the research background and puts forward the research issues. Secondly, on the basis of literature review and theoretical review, the paper constructs a model of the influencing factors of tourist satisfaction and puts forward relevant research hypotheses. According to the mature scale, the questionnaire is designed and the data are collected. The theoretical model is tested with SPSS16.0 software, and the correlation between the variables is verified by correlation analysis and regression analysis. Finally, get the final conclusion of the study: 1) visitors to scenic spots, infrastructure, tourism services, The positive evaluation of supporting facilities and tourist prices has a positive impact on the overall satisfaction of tourists. (2) the tourist is most dissatisfied with the tourist price factor in the Scenic spot of thin West Lake, and the most satisfied with the scenic spot factor is the scenic spot factor, which is 3) according to the degree of tourist satisfaction, Tourism price, infrastructure, supporting facilities, scenic spots and tourist services. 4) tourists' overall satisfaction with the scenic spot of the thin West Lake is close to the level of "satisfaction", and there is still room for improvement. According to the conclusion of the study, this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions: 1) strengthening the management of tourism price and strengthening the function of supporting facilities; (4) improving the level of tourism service; (4) perfecting the infrastructure construction of the Scenic spot of the thin West Lake, etc.
