【摘要】：我国旅游业尚处在发展初期，旅游市场机制还不健全，我国旅游市场的宰客问题已经成为制约我国旅游业长远发展的巨大阻碍。欺客宰客等问题成为旅游者和业内人士共同关注的问题。一方面这些问题已经严重影响到旅游活动的质量，加剧了旅游者与旅游企业之间的矛盾；另外一方面，严重制约旅游业的可持续发展。旅游宰客问题因此受到上至旅游政府部门，下至旅行社的普遍重视，并且做出了种种努力。但是由于缺乏有效的理论指导，我国旅游宰客问题还没有得到根本的解决。在此背景下，本文选取旅游宰客现象为研究对象，从宏观旅游市场的层面出发，分析了我国旅游产品存在宰客的问题，并在旅游宰客影响因素分析的基础上，提出了政府监管的有效措施等等，以利于我国旅游业持续、健康发展。本文首先阐述了选题背景和研究意义，综述国内外学者在旅游宰客现象方面的研究现状，指出目前国内外学术界对于旅游增长的强劲态势与旅游宰客、监管路径等凸显问题的研究相对滞后。其次，探讨了旅游宰客现象及现状，在分析了旅游宰客的内涵基础上，从现实出发阐述了旅游中出现的旅游宰客现象，逐一指出了旅游宰客利益相关者之间的种种宰客行为。再次，通过对秦皇岛市旅游宰客问卷调查的数据统计整理，从游客与经营者信息不对称、旅游经营者的自律性不足、政府监管力量薄弱、导游人员的从业导向不合理以及市场的恶性价格竞争等五个方面剖析了旅游宰客现象的产生原因。最后，，针对影响我国旅游长远发展的宰客问题，提出了加强旅游公共信息平台的建设、旅游经营者的自律性、旅游行业的政府监管、建立合理的导游薪金体系、规范旅游市场等避免旅游宰客现象的对策。
[Abstract]:The tourism industry of our country is still in the early stage of development, and the mechanism of the tourism market is not perfect. The problem of killing tourists in the tourism market of our country has become a huge obstacle that restricts the long-term development of the tourism industry of our country. The problem of deceiving and killing passengers has become a common concern of tourists and insiders. On the one hand, these problems have seriously affected the quality of tourism activities, aggravated the contradiction between tourists and tourism enterprises; on the other hand, seriously restricted the sustainable development of tourism. As a result, the issue of tourist killing has been paid more attention to by tourism government departments and travel agencies. However, due to the lack of effective theoretical guidance, the problem of tourist slaughter in China has not been fundamentally resolved. Under this background, this paper selects the phenomenon of tourist slaughter as the research object, from the macro tourism market level, analyzes the problem of killing passengers in the tourism products of our country, and on the basis of the analysis of the influencing factors of tourism slaughter. The effective measures of government supervision are put forward in order to benefit the sustainable and healthy development of tourism in China. This paper first describes the background and significance of the topic, summarizes the current situation of domestic and foreign scholars in the phenomenon of tourism slaughter, points out that the current domestic and foreign academic circles for the strong trend of tourism growth and tourism slaughter, The research of supervision path and other prominent problems lags behind. Secondly, this paper discusses the phenomenon and present situation of tourism slaughter, and on the basis of analyzing the connotation of tourism slaughter, expounds the phenomenon of tourism killing in tourism from the reality, and points out the various behaviors of killing passengers among the stakeholders of tourism slaughtering one by one. Thirdly, through the statistical analysis of the questionnaire survey on tourism slaughter in Qinhuangdao City, from the asymmetry of information between tourists and operators, the lack of self-discipline of tourism operators, and the weakness of government supervision, This paper analyzes the reasons for the phenomenon of tourist slaughtering from five aspects: the unreasonable orientation of tour guides and the vicious price competition in the market. Finally, aiming at the problem of killing passengers, which affects the long-term development of tourism in our country, the paper puts forward that the construction of tourism public information platform, the self-discipline of tourism operators, the government supervision of tourism industry, and the establishment of a reasonable salary system for tour guides should be strengthened. Standardization of tourism market and other measures to avoid the phenomenon of tourist slaughter.
