衡阳市乡村旅游产业的战略布局

【摘要】:乡村旅游是指发生在非城市区域的以乡村文化景观(农业生产及农村聚落)为主要依托的旅游活动,这是一种新型的旅游形式。几乎与城市化建设同期,在人类产生旅游活动以来就有乡村旅游的活动。真正意义上的乡村旅游是十九世纪中后期才出现的,这种旅游形式在“二战”以后得到蓬勃发展。乡村性是乡村旅游的重点,是能够满足都市人对渴望身心回归自然的需要[1]。进入21世纪,在我国农村经济大发展的大好形势下,我国城市周边乡村旅游逐渐发展兴旺起来,“住农家屋、吃农家饭、干农家活、享农家乐”已逐渐成为城市居民出游的新趋势。乡村旅游作为连接城市和乡村的纽带,逐步缩小地区间经济发展差异和城乡差别、优化农村产业结构,推动乡村经济、社会、环境和文化的可持续发展具有重要意义。本文选择衡阳作为乡村旅游发展的研究内容,对于不发到地区的乡村旅游发展具有现实意义。衡阳作为国家重要旅游城市,是一个具有丰厚旅游资源的目的地,境内具有大量的人文景观与自然景观。在应对新兴的旅游业,带动地方经济发展方面,衡阳乡村旅游虽然起步较早,但是,依然存在整体规划单一、旅游产品缺失、娱乐项目无特色、基础设施不完善等问题,这也在很大程度上制约了衡阳乡村旅游的发展。本文以此为契机,着重研究了衡阳市乡村旅游的现状,从微观到宏观研究衡阳乡村旅游分析开发得失,并结合不同地区特点选择不同模式进行对比研究,本论文在对衡阳市社会经济条件、资源条件及乡村旅游现状进行详细了解的基础上,分析了衡阳市发展乡村旅游的优势和劣势,探讨适合衡阳乡村旅游发展模式。主要内容如下:第一章绪论部分主要就国内外乡村旅游研究及本文的研究目的、研究方法及研究思路加以阐述。通过对衡阳乡村个案的实地调查研究、文献收集、比较借鉴、案例分析方法,确保对论文写作的针对性。第二章主要对衡阳市乡村旅游现状进行分析。剖析了农家园林型、观光果园型、景区旅舍型、花园客栈型等四种的开发模式。第三章对衡阳市乡村旅游的SWOT分析,通过分析,衡阳乡村旅游具备优越的地理位置、多样的自然环境、有利的社会经济条件、丰富的乡村旅游题材、特色鲜明的农产品、完善的交通网络等优势,但是也存在基础较好但产业发展相对滞后;旅游资源丰富但产品开发措施滞后;乡村旅游精品景点的数量严重不足;经营手段创新性严重不足;总体布局较好但是景点对接能力偏低等现实问题。“十二五”期间,衡阳乡村旅游契合我国旅游业发展时代机遇契合国家产业结构调整发展机遇,但是存在旅游需求日益差异化带来的资源结构调整的挑战、旅游内涵粗浅带来的特色品牌的挑战、周边省市的竞争带来的整体提质的挑战、本土竞争带来的同质化低水平运作的挑战、旅游环境不完善带来的资源优化挑战。第四章是基于上诉分析对衡阳市乡村旅游产业布局提出可持续发展战略建设性意见:即培植特色,加强乡村旅游的核心竞争力;分析需求,加快对乡村旅游不同模式的探索;宏观谋划,合理引导乡村旅游布局;加强培养,缓解人才需求瓶颈;挖掘资源,畅通营销渠道;挖掘内涵,建立独特品牌。
[Abstract]:Rural tourism refers to the tourism activities mainly based on the rural cultural landscape (agricultural production and rural settlement) in the non urban areas. This is a new form of tourism. It is almost in the same period with the urbanization and the activities of rural tourism since the generation of human tourism. In the real sense, the rural tourism is in nineteenth Century. In the middle and late period, this form of tourism developed vigorously after the "World War II". Rural tourism is the focus of rural tourism. It is able to meet the needs of urban people to return to nature for the desire of mind and body to enter the twenty-first Century. Under the great situation of the great economic development of China's rural economy, the rural tourism in the surrounding cities of our country has developed and flourished gradually. "Living in farm house, eating farm rice, doing farm work, enjoying peasant family music" has gradually become a new trend for urban residents to travel. As a link between cities and villages, rural tourism gradually reduces the differences in economic development and urban and rural differences between the regions, optimizes the rural industrial structure, and promotes the sustainable development of the rural economy, society, environment and culture. The study of Hengyang as the development of rural tourism is of practical significance for the development of rural tourism. As an important tourist city of the country, Hengyang is a destination with rich tourist resources, with a large number of cultural and natural landscapes in China. In response to the emerging tourism industry, it will lead to the development of tourism. In the area of local economic development, although Hengyang rural tourism started early, however, there are still many problems, such as the unitary overall planning, the lack of tourism products, the lack of special entertainment projects and the imperfect infrastructure, which also greatly restricts the development of rural tourism in Hengyang. This paper takes this opportunity to focus on the study of rural tourism in Hengyang. From microcosmic to macro research on the gains and losses of Hengyang Rural Tourism Analysis and development, and in the light of the characteristics of different regions, this paper makes a comparative study on the selection of different patterns. On the basis of detailed understanding of the social and economic conditions, resource conditions and rural tourism status in Hengyang, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of developing rural tourism in Hengyang. It is suitable for Hengyang rural tourism development model. The main contents are as follows: the first chapter is the introduction part of the study on rural tourism at home and abroad and the purpose of the study, research methods and research ideas. Through the field investigation, literature collection, comparative reference, and case analysis methods, to ensure the writing of the paper. The second chapter mainly analyzes the current situation of rural tourism in Hengyang. It analyzes four kinds of development models of farmers' garden type, sightseeing orchard type, Tourist Hostel type and Garden Inn type. The third chapter analyses the rural tourism in Hengyang by SWOT analysis. Through analysis, Hengyang rural tourism has superior geographical position, diverse natural environment and favorable conditions. The social and economic conditions, rich rural tourism themes, distinctive agricultural products, perfect traffic network and other advantages, but also have a good foundation but the industrial development is relatively lagging behind; tourism resources are rich but the product development measures lag behind; the quantity of the rural tourist attractions is strictly insufficient; the management means innovation is seriously insufficient; In the period of "12th Five-Year", Hengyang rural tourism fits the opportunity of China's tourism development to fit the opportunity of national industrial structure adjustment, but there is a challenge of the adjustment of resource structure brought by the increasingly dissimilation of tourism demand and the distinctive brand of tourism connotation. The challenge, the challenge brought by the competition of the surrounding provinces and cities, the challenge of the homogeneity and low level of operation brought by the local competition, the resource optimization challenge brought by the imperfect tourism environment. The fourth chapter is the constructive suggestion on the sustainable development strategy of the rural tourism industry distribution in Hengyang based on the appeal analysis: the cultivation characteristic and the strengthening The core competitiveness of rural tourism; analysis of demand, speed up the exploration of different modes of rural tourism; macro planning, reasonable guide the layout of rural tourism; strengthen training to alleviate the bottleneck of talent demand; excavate resources, open marketing channels; excavate connotation, establish unique brand.
