承德避暑渔村生态农业观光园规划设计研究

【摘要】：农业观光园是一种将农业与旅游业相结合的消遣性生态旅游活动,是随着城市化进程的加快和现代农业的发展以及人们消费观念的改变和交通条件的改善而发展起来的,其发展前景非常可观。生态农业观光园以生态农产品开发为基础,结合了休闲娱乐、参与农事、科普教育等多种功能,近年来在我国得到了蓬勃发展。生态农业观光园的建设,对于解决“三农问题”,实现城乡全面、协调、可持续发展具有重大的现实意义。目前,国内对于生态农业观光园的研究比较薄弱,缺乏体系化的规划设计理论和方法作为指导。本文以生态农业观光园为研究对象,主要从风景园林规划设计的角度出发,结合多学科理论,通过查阅大量文献资料、实地调查和课题项目实践,对生态理论指导下的农业观光园区的规划设计理论方法、具体设计实践等方面进行了探讨。主要内容可以概括为五部分: 首先阐述了农业观光园快速发展的背景、研究目的和意义、国内外研究进展、提出了研究方法。其次是农业观光园概论,分析了相关概念、生态农业观光园产生的原因、发展趋势及其发展的意义,探讨了生态农业观光园的特征和景观类型。然后提出了生态农业观光园规划设计理论,包括:理论依据的确立、规划理念的提出、在分析农业观光园存在问题的基础上提出了其规划设计的迫切性、对其景观规划设计实现的途径进行了探讨。再次笔者通过实地调研,结合自己的实际工程经验,在对农业观光园景观规划设计进行了系统的研究的基础上,参与实践,对承德避暑渔村生态农业观光园规划设计做了大胆的尝试。在对承德避暑渔村进行了实地考察的基础上,首先确立了规划区域概况、分析了当地的旅游文化、对资源优势进行了确立、提出了规划设计思想及原则;其次进行了景观规划及旅游项目策划,包括:老渔村餐饮区、住宿区、百果采摘区、鱼类养殖和捕鱼区、滦河人家区、森林野炊区、江南水乡风情区、水上娱乐区8个分区的规划设计;然后提出了植物景观规划及道路规划;最后进行了效益估算、旅游经营战略定位。最后得出了本文的主要结论,并就论文研究不足之处提出了建议。本文形成了生态农业观光园从理论指导到理论探索、再到园区详细设计的休闲农业观光园项目规划体系。同时,承德避暑渔村生态农业观光园景观的规划设计为园内施工提供了一些可行性的实施方案,也可以为其他农业观光园的规划设计提供现实依据。
[Abstract]:Agricultural sightseeing garden is a kind of recreational ecotourism activity which combines agriculture and tourism. It develops along with the acceleration of urbanization, the development of modern agriculture, the change of people's consumption concept and the improvement of traffic conditions. Its development prospect is very considerable. Based on the development of ecological agricultural products, the Eco-agricultural sightseeing Park has developed vigorously in China in recent years, which combines the functions of recreation, participation in agriculture, science popularization education and so on. The construction of eco-agricultural sightseeing park is of great practical significance for solving the "three rural problems", realizing the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of urban and rural areas. At present, the research on eco-agricultural sightseeing park is weak in our country, and lacks systematic planning and design theory and method as guidance. This article takes the ecological agriculture sightseeing garden as the research object, mainly embarks from the landscape garden planning and design angle, unifies the multi-disciplinary theory, through consulting the massive literature material, the field investigation and the subject project practice, This paper discusses the planning and design theory and practice of agricultural sightseeing park under the guidance of ecological theory. The main contents can be summarized into five parts: Firstly, the background, purpose and significance of the rapid development of agricultural sightseeing garden, the research progress at home and abroad, and the research methods are presented. The second part is the introduction of the agricultural sightseeing garden, and analyzes the related concepts, the reasons for the emergence of the eco-agricultural tourism park, the development trend and the significance of its development, and probes into the characteristics and landscape types of the eco-agricultural sightseeing park. Then put forward the theory of planning and design of eco-agricultural sightseeing park, including: the establishment of theoretical basis, the concept of planning, on the basis of analysis of the existing problems of agricultural tourism park, put forward the urgency of planning and design. The approach of landscape planning and design is discussed. Again, the author through field research, combined with his own practical engineering experience, on the basis of a systematic study of the landscape planning and design of agricultural sightseeing garden, participate in the practice. A bold attempt was made on the planning and design of ecological agricultural sightseeing garden in Chengde summer fishing village. On the basis of field investigation of Chengde summer fishing village, the planning area is firstly established, the local tourism culture is analyzed, the superiority of resources is established, and the planning and design ideas and principles are put forward. Secondly, landscape planning and tourism project planning are carried out, including: old fishing village dining area, accommodation area, 100 fruit picking area, fish culture and fishing area, Luanhe family area, forest picnic area, Jiangnan water countryside area, The planning and design of 8 districts of water recreation area, and then the plant landscape planning and road planning are put forward. Finally, the benefit estimation is carried out, and the strategic positioning of tourism management is made. Finally, the main conclusions of this paper are obtained, and some suggestions on the deficiency of this paper are put forward. This paper has formed the project planning system of the eco-agricultural sightseeing park from theoretical guidance to theoretical exploration, and then to the detailed design of the park. At the same time, the landscape planning and design of the ecological agricultural sightseeing garden in Chengde summer fishing village provides some feasible implementation schemes for the construction of the garden, and can also provide practical basis for the planning and design of other agricultural sightseeing parks.
