关于旅游资源可持续利用的辩证思考

【摘要】：可持续发展观是唯物辩证法的发展观的体现，应当从不可持续发展和可持续发展的辩证关系把握可持续发展的理念。旅游资源的永续利用性是相对的，自然因素和人为因素的影响都可能使旅游资源的永续利用性消失，因此它也具有不可持续利用性。分析自然、人为因素对旅游资源的影响，采取措施消除不可持续性，是实现旅游资源可持续利用的途径。通过对旅游资源开发利用与保护之间辩证统一关系的探讨，提出旅游资源的开发利用与保护的对立性表现为：开发利用与保护是一对矛盾，过度保护不利于开发利用，过度开发利用会导致破坏，二者的协调，应当是合理开发利用与适度保护相统一。旅游资源利用带来的效益是综合性的，，应当协调处理各利益之间的关系。通过分析旅游资源利用带来的经济效益与社会效益、经济效益与生态效益之间的辩证统一关系，进一步阐述如何协调三种效益，实现旅游资源可持续利用。
[Abstract]:The concept of sustainable development is the embodiment of materialist dialectics, and the concept of sustainable development should be grasped from the dialectical relationship between unsustainable development and sustainable development. The sustainable utilization of tourism resources is relative, and the influence of natural factors and human factors may make the sustainable utilization of tourism resources disappear, so it also has unsustainable utilization. Analyzing the influence of natural and human factors on tourism resources and taking measures to eliminate the unsustainability are the ways to realize the sustainable utilization of tourism resources. Through the discussion of the dialectical and unified relationship between the exploitation and utilization of tourism resources and the protection, the author points out that the opposites between the exploitation and utilization of tourism resources and the protection are: the contradiction between exploitation, utilization and protection is a pair of contradictions, and excessive protection is not conducive to the exploitation and utilization of tourism resources. Excessive exploitation and utilization will lead to damage, the coordination of the two should be the unity of reasonable exploitation and appropriate protection. The benefits brought by the utilization of tourism resources are comprehensive, and the relationship between the interests should be coordinated. Based on the analysis of the dialectical and unified relationship between the economic and social benefits and the economic and ecological benefits brought by the utilization of tourism resources, this paper further expounds how to coordinate the three benefits and realize the sustainable utilization of tourism resources.
