休闲农业空间布局评价指标体系构建研究

【摘要】：休闲农业作为农业与旅游业交叉的新型产业，不仅具有生产功能，还具有改善生态环境质量，为游客提供观光、休闲、度假等多元化功能，被誉为21世纪的新兴产业。目前我国休闲农业的发展尚处于初级阶段。根据《全国休闲农业与乡村旅游示范点评选标准》和《福建省乡村旅游经营单位服务质量等级划分与评定》，凡是优质的休闲农业经营点，均需符合各项空间布局合理的要求。但是，对合理空间布局的具体内容并未提及。学术界在如何进行空间布局，才能有效利用资源，充分发挥休闲农业的多功能性方面的研究也存在很大的空白。本文对休闲农业空间布局进行探索性研究，通过构建休闲农业空间布局评价指标体系，对休闲农业经营点的空间布局进行分析与评价，发现空间布局的不足之处，提出具有针对性的优化空间布局的对策建议，旨在完善休闲农业的研究内容，优化休闲农业的空间布局，并最终实现提升我国休闲农业经营的质量与等级的目的。本研究共分为六个章节。具体研究内容如下：第一章节为本文的导论部分，引出文章的研究背景与研究意义、研究目的与研究内容、研究方法与技术路线、研究重点与创新点。第二章节在休闲农业的基础理论、规划与开发等方面研究综述的基础上，对本研究休闲农业和休闲农业空间布局的概念进行了界定。第三章节阐述分析了景观生态学理论、农业的多功能性理论和马斯洛需求金字塔理论，为休闲农业空间布局评价指标体系的构建奠定理论基础。第四章节以客观科学性、全面系统性、简明可行性、优化导向性为原则，构建休闲农业空间布局评价指标层次结构模型，采用层次分析法确定各个指标的权重值，制定了休闲农业空间布局评价的评分方法及等级划分标准，构建了休闲农业空间布局的评价指标体系。第五章节以邵武市佳鸣休闲农庄为实证研究对象，运用已构建的休闲农业空间布局评价指标体系对其空间布局进行评价分析，提出优化该休闲农庄空间布局的对策建议。第六章节总结了本研究的结论和不足，展望了未来的研究方向。
[Abstract]:As a new type of industry, leisure agriculture not only has the function of production, but also has the function of improving the quality of ecological environment, providing tourists with the functions of sightseeing, leisure, vacation and so on. It is regarded as a new industry in the 21st century. At present, the development of leisure agriculture in China is still in the primary stage. According to the Evaluation Standard of National Leisure Agriculture and Rural Tourism demonstration sites and the Classification and Evaluation of Service quality of Rural Tourism Management Units in Fujian Province, all high-quality leisure agricultural management points should meet the requirements of reasonable spatial distribution. However, the specific content of reasonable spatial layout has not been mentioned. There is also a great gap in the research of how to make use of resources effectively and how to make full use of the multi-functional aspects of leisure agriculture in academic circles. This paper makes an exploratory study on the spatial layout of leisure agriculture. By constructing the evaluation index system of leisure agriculture spatial layout, this paper analyzes and evaluates the spatial layout of leisure agriculture management points, finds out the deficiencies of spatial layout, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the spatial layout. The purpose of this study is to improve the research content of leisure agriculture, optimize the spatial distribution of leisure agriculture, and finally achieve the purpose of improving the quality and grade of leisure agriculture management in China. This study is divided into six chapters. The specific research contents are as follows: the first chapter is the introduction of this paper, which leads to the research background and significance, research purpose and research content, research methods and technical route, The second chapter summarizes the basic theory, planning and development of leisure agriculture. This paper defines the concept of leisure agriculture and leisure agriculture spatial layout. The third chapter describes the landscape ecology theory, agriculture multi-functional theory and Maslow demand pyramid theory. The fourth chapter is based on the principles of objective science, comprehensive and systematic, concise feasibility, optimization of guidance. A hierarchical structure model of leisure agriculture spatial layout evaluation index is constructed. The weight value of each index is determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the scoring method and grading standard of leisure agriculture spatial layout evaluation are established. The fifth chapter takes Jiaming leisure farm of Shaowu city as the empirical research object, and analyzes the spatial layout of leisure agriculture by using the established evaluation index system of leisure agriculture spatial layout. The sixth chapter summarizes the conclusions and shortcomings of this study and looks forward to the future research direction.
