山西省旅游空间组织研究

【摘要】:旅游空间系统是旅游活动得以开展的物质载体,对旅游目的地进行合理的空间布局规划并构建旅游地合理的空间结构是使旅游目的地经济效益最大化和负面效果最小化的最为有效的一种干预方式。而“点—轴”发展模式是目前应用最多、最成熟、效果最好的一种旅游开发模式。该模式能充分发挥旅游中心城市的带动作用,实现旅游节点与线状基础设施之间最佳的空间结合,通过发展轴线,实现旅游经济要素的空间扩散,并最终形成区域旅游板块,实现区域旅游业的均衡发展。 山西省旅游资源丰富,类型多样,是我国的旅游资源大省,其中人文旅游资源特别是宗教与建筑类景观在国内外旅游市场上具有很高的知名度。但是受可进入性、区域旅游形象、国民经济结构、政府重视程度等各方面因素的影响,山西省旅游业发展滞后,各地市各自为政、互相竞争,缺乏统一规划。“十二五”规划中,山西省将旅游业定位为全省经济转型跨越发展的先导产业、现代服务业的龙头产业和国民经济战略支柱产业。同时,规划中还提出了未来5年山西省旅游业的空间组织布局,该布局基于旅游资源的空间分布,侧重于旅游板块的划分和线路的设计,为山西省旅游业指明了发展方向。但是,分析发现,该布局的理论依据过时、划分依据过于简单、结构本身存在诸多问题和缺陷,不利于山西省旅游业的可持续发展。因此,本文在系统分析旅游空间结构诸要素的基础上,,依据“点轴开发理论”“相互作用理论”“区域合作理论”重新构建了山西省旅游业的空间组织框架。 本文主体内容共分为三部分,首先,简要陈述了山西省现行旅游空间结构及其理论依据,并对结构存在问题进行了分析。其次,系统分析了影响山西省旅游空间结构的诸要素,包括旅游资源、旅游交通、依托城市、客源市场、省级旅游合作五个小部分。根据分析结果确立了山西省旅游业发展的核心城市和中心城市,划分了旅游业的发展轴带,明确了核心及重点客源市场,提出了省际旅游合作的方向。第三,综合以上章节的分析结果,本文提出了省内“辐射三角形”与省外“联结四边形”相结合的旅游空间组织框架。 该结构重点突出、顾及全局,能改变因地域分割造成的利益冲突,实现山西省各地市旅游资源的优势互补,树立山西省“晋善晋美”的区域整体形象。同时,为对外旅游合作指明了方向,通过省际之间的联合开发,扩大区域旅游业的知名度和影响力,形成多资源、大市场、大旅游、大发展的格局。总之,该结构综合考虑了各方面的因素,统筹兼顾、内外兼修,将有利于山西省旅游业的持续、快速、健康发展。
[Abstract]:Tourism space system is the material carrier of tourism activities. It is the most effective intervention way to maximize the economic benefit and minimize the negative effect of the tourism destination by planning the reasonable spatial layout and constructing the reasonable spatial structure of the tourist destination. The development model of "point-axis" is the most widely used, the most mature, and the most effective tourism development model. The model can give full play to the leading role of the tourism center city, realize the best spatial combination between the tourism node and the linear infrastructure, realize the spatial diffusion of the tourism economic elements through the development axis, and finally form the regional tourism plate. Shanxi Province is a big province of tourism resources in China, in which humanistic tourism resources, especially religious and architectural landscape, have a high reputation in the domestic and foreign tourism market. However, due to the influence of such factors as accessibility, regional tourism image, national economic structure, and the degree of government attention, the development of tourism in Shanxi Province lags behind, and each prefecture and city are in their own right, competing with each other and lacking a unified plan. In the 12th Five-Year Plan, Shanxi Province positioned tourism as the leading industry in the economic transformation and development of the province, the leading industry in the modern service industry and the strategic pillar industry in the national economy. At the same time, the layout of tourism spatial organization in Shanxi Province in the next five years is also put forward, which is based on the spatial distribution of tourism resources and focuses on the division of tourism plates and the design of routes, which points out the development direction of Shanxi tourism industry. However, it is found that the theoretical basis of the layout is out of date, the basis of division is too simple, and the structure itself has many problems and defects, which is not conducive to the sustainable development of tourism in Shanxi Province. Therefore, based on the systematic analysis of the elements of tourism spatial structure, According to the "point-axis development theory" and "interaction theory" and "regional cooperation theory", this paper reconstructs the spatial organization framework of Shanxi's tourism industry. The main body of this paper is divided into three parts. The present tourism spatial structure of Shanxi Province and its theoretical basis are briefly described, and the existing problems of the structure are analyzed. Secondly, it systematically analyzes the factors that affect the tourism spatial structure of Shanxi Province, including tourism resources, tourism traffic, relying on the city, tourist market, provincial tourism cooperation. According to the analysis results, the core city and central city of Shanxi tourism development are established, the development axis of tourism is divided, the core and key tourist market are defined, and the direction of inter-provincial tourism cooperation is put forward. Thirdly, synthesizing the analysis results of the above chapters, this paper puts forward a framework of tourism spatial organization which combines "radiation triangle" with "connecting quadrangle" outside the province. The structure is focused and takes into account the overall situation. It can change the conflicts of interest caused by regional division, realize the complementation of the advantages of the tourist resources of Shanxi Province, and set up the regional image of Shanxi Province as a whole. At the same time, it points out the direction for foreign tourism cooperation. Through the joint development between provinces, it expands the popularity and influence of regional tourism, and forms a pattern of multi-resources, big market, big tourism and great development. In a word, the structure takes all factors into consideration, and it is beneficial to the sustained, rapid and healthy development of Shanxi tourism.
