洛阳山地县域旅游经济发展潜力评价研究

【摘要】:山地县域是休闲时代我国开展旅游活动的重要载体,洛阳山地县域旅游资源富集,定量测度不同县域旅游经济发展潜力,加以比较来确定其潜力等级与开发类型,对于促进洛阳山地县域旅游合理规划与开发具有极大的指导意义。 本文理论基础部分主要是从力的物理属性出发,利用力的三要素(作用点、方向、大小)来界定潜力的内涵及组成,将旅游经济发展潜力分解为自身成长潜力、外源支撑潜力和市场扩张潜力,并认为旅游经济发展潜力是旅游竞争力和旅游可持续发展能力的合成力。 本文主体部分通过对泰宁县、清新县、九寨沟县、凤凰县、栾川县五个典型山地县域的旅游发展路径分析,分析其发展背景共同性和发展路径差异性,从而识别出山地县域旅游经济发展的九大影响因素,其中旅游资源和旅游需求是自身成长潜力的影响因素,好比箭;政府行为、企业运作和营销能力是市场扩张潜力的影响因素,好比弦;区位条件、经济基础、基础设施和社会人文是外源支撑潜力的影响因素,好比弓;在此基础上构建旅游经济发展潜力的“弓弦箭”模型,用来指导评价指标体系的建立。运用层次分析法,构建层次结构模型,构造判断矩阵,采取定性与定量相结合的方法确定指标权重,计算结果显示,市场需求、旅游资源、政府行为、企业运作四因素所占权重接近0.8,为旅游经济发展潜力的主要影响因素。 实证部分,以栾川、嵩县、新安、孟津为评价对象,根据评价结果对洛阳山地县域进行潜力等级划分,并确定不同潜力等级县域的旅游开发方向和发展策略。第一类是以栾川为代表的旅游经济发展潜力强的县域,这类县域需要进一步优化旅游产业结构,提升旅游产品品质;第二类是以嵩县为代表的潜力较强的县域,需实施多元化招商引资策略,从而增强旅游企业市场运作能力;第三类是以新安、孟津为代表的发展潜力一般的县域,要加强旅游宣传促销,才能拓展旅游市场;第四类是指发展潜力较弱的其他县域,需从政府支持和居民感知两方面采取措施。从洛阳这个区域层面出发,应整合各种有效资源,形成发展旅游经济的最大合力。 本文的结论部分,客观地概括主要结论及创新点,指出了本研究的不足之处,并展望了未来的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Mountain county is an important carrier of tourism activities in China in the leisure era. Luoyang mountainous county is rich in tourism resources, quantificationally measures tourism economic development potential of different counties, and makes comparison to determine its potential grade and development type. It is of great significance to promote the rational planning and development of tourism in Luoyang mountainous area. The theoretical basis of this paper is mainly based on the physical properties of the force, using the three elements of the force (the point of application, direction, size) to define the connotation and composition of the potential, and to decompose the potential of tourism economic development into its own growth potential. The external support potential and market expansion potential, and the tourism economic development potential is the combination of tourism competitiveness and tourism sustainable development ability. The main part of this paper analyzes the tourism development path of five typical mountainous counties in Taining County, Qingxin County, Jiuzhaigou County, Fenghuang County and Luanchuan County, and analyzes the commonality of the development background and the difference of the development path. In order to identify nine major factors affecting the development of tourism economy in mountainous counties, among them, tourism resources and tourism demand are the influencing factors of their own growth potential, such as arrows; government behavior. The ability of enterprise operation and marketing is the influence factor of market expansion potential, such as chord, location condition, economic base, infrastructure and social humanities, are the influence factors of exogenous support potential, such as bow; On this basis, the "bow and arrow" model of tourism economic development potential is constructed to guide the establishment of evaluation index system. Using AHP, constructing hierarchical structure model, constructing judgment matrix, adopting qualitative and quantitative method to determine index weight, calculating result shows, market demand, tourism resources, government behavior, The weight of four factors of enterprise operation is close to 0.8, which is the main influencing factor of tourism economic development potential. In the empirical part, Luanchuan, Songxian, Xin'an and Meng Jin are taken as the evaluation objects. According to the evaluation results, the potential grade of Luoyang mountainous county is divided, and the tourism development direction and development strategy of different potential grade counties are determined. The first category is the county with strong tourism economic development potential represented by Luanchuan, which needs to further optimize the tourism industry structure and improve the quality of tourism products; the second type is the county with strong potential represented by Songxian. In order to enhance the market operation ability of tourism enterprises, the third category is the county area with general development potential represented by Xin'an and Meng Jin. Only by strengthening tourism promotion and promotion, can the tourism market be expanded. The fourth category refers to other counties with weak development potential, and measures should be taken from the aspects of government support and residents' perception. Starting from the regional level of Luoyang, all kinds of effective resources should be integrated to form the maximum resultant force for the development of tourism economy. In the conclusion part, the main conclusions and innovations are summarized objectively, the shortcomings of this study are pointed out, and the future research directions are prospected.
