洛阳市旅游食品发展存在问题及其对策分析

【摘要】:本文指明了研究旅游食品业的背景和意义,洛阳市文化旅游资源丰富,旅游业在洛阳经济发展、产业结构调整中占据着重要位置,旅游食品作为旅游产品的一部分,在洛阳旅游业发展中发挥着极其重要的作用,它不仅是旅游目的地向游客提供优质服务的基础和保障,而且对于满足游客在旅游目的地的饮食需求,丰富游客的旅游体验,提升旅游目的地知名度和美誉度有重要的意义。因此,洛阳的旅游食品业是极具发展潜力的产业。 本人通过文献分析的方法阐述了国内外学者对旅游食品业的研究成果,找准了研究旅游食品问题的思路和方法,并通过对旅游食品特性和作用的分析,,指出了旅游食品具有的宣传性、文化性、地域特色性、实用性、便携性等特点,发展旅游食品业对于增加目的地收入、带动相关行业的快速发展、扩大就业途径、传播旅游地文化具有重要作用。通过开展旅游食品问卷调查,深入旅游食品生产经营单位实地调查,从旅游食品资源现状、旅游食品构成元素、旅游食品生产经营企业、旅游食品的节庆活动、洛阳旅游食品特点、洛阳旅游食品的发展潜力共六个方面对洛阳旅游食品现状进行分析。进一步从洛阳地方旅游餐饮和可携带走的旅游食品两个方面分析了洛阳旅游食品发展存在种类少、品种单一、管理方式落后、缺乏文化内涵等方面问题。最后,从政府和企业两个层面,提出发展洛阳旅游食品业的对策。指出政府要提高对旅游食品发展的重视程度,加大对洛阳旅游食品的支持力度,对旅游食品的研发加强宏观管理,加强宣传,提高洛阳旅游食品知名度,搭建旅游食品销售平台;企业要依靠现代科学技术来改造传统食品工艺,提高产品的档次和质量,注重品牌效益,打造餐饮品牌,不断推出创新型产品,增强产品的市场竞争力,为游客提供优质服务。 本文分析了当今学者较少涉猎的旅游食品发展现状及存在问题,据此提出旅游食品开发的新理论、新观点,对于探寻旅游食品开发新模式,为洛阳发展旅游食品提供思路和策略具有一定的实用价值。
[Abstract]:This paper points out the background and significance of the research on tourism food industry. Luoyang is rich in cultural tourism resources, tourism occupies an important position in Luoyang's economic development, industrial structure adjustment, tourism food as a part of tourism products. Luoyang tourism plays an extremely important role in the development of tourism. It is not only the basis and guarantee for the tourist destination to provide high-quality services to tourists, but also to meet the dietary needs of tourists at the tourist destination and enrich the tourist experience. It is of great significance to enhance the popularity and reputation of tourist destinations. Therefore, Luoyang's tourism food industry is an industry with great potential for development. Through the method of literature analysis, this paper expounds the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on tourism food industry, finds out the ideas and methods of studying tourism food problems, and analyzes the characteristics and functions of tourism food. This paper points out that tourism food has the characteristics of propaganda, culture, regional characteristics, practicability, portability, and so on. The development of tourism food industry can increase the destination income, promote the rapid development of related industries, and expand the employment path. The dissemination of tourism culture plays an important role. Through carrying out a questionnaire survey on tourism food, and carrying out a field investigation of tourism food production and management units, from the current situation of tourism food resources, the elements of tourism food components, the enterprises of tourism food production and operation, and the festival activities of tourism food, The characteristics of Luoyang tourist food and the development potential of Luoyang tourist food are analyzed in six aspects. This paper further analyzes the problems in Luoyang tourism food development from the aspects of local tourism food and food which can be carried away, such as few kinds, single varieties, backward management, lack of cultural connotation, and so on. Finally, from the government and enterprise two levels, put forward the development of Luoyang tourism food industry countermeasures. It is pointed out that the government should pay more attention to the development of tourism food, strengthen the support for Luoyang tourism food, strengthen the macro management of tourism food research and development, strengthen propaganda, and improve the visibility of Luoyang tourism food. Enterprises should rely on modern science and technology to transform traditional food technology, improve the quality and quality of products, pay attention to brand efficiency, create food and beverage brands, and continuously launch innovative products. Enhance the market competitiveness of products to provide quality services for tourists. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of tourism food development, which is seldom dabbled by scholars, and puts forward a new theory and new viewpoint of tourism food development, so as to explore a new model of tourism food development. It is of practical value to provide some ideas and strategies for Luoyang to develop tourism food.
