【摘要】：本研究选取具有代表意义的西拉沐沦大峡谷为研究对象,深入贯彻科学发展观,坚持可持续发展原则,以构建“西拉沐沦——塞外母亲河”为主题目标,充分利用现有西拉沐沦大峡谷资源,开发具有地方特色的项目与活动,大打“草原生态旅游”品牌战略,对西拉沐沦大峡谷现有旅游资源进行系统规划和开发,深入挖掘西拉沐沦大峡谷文化内涵,提高西拉沐沦大峡谷旅游品位,努力形成文化、生态、景观体验为一体的西拉沐沦大峡谷旅游新格局。同时,坚持可持续发展与环境保护的战略方针,在切实保护好旅游资源和保证自然环境质量不下降的前提下,充分利用国家西部旅游开发的政策,以西拉沐沦河良好的水域环境和两岸生态资源为主体,注重生态环境建设,充分挖掘西拉沐沦河文明源头文化,突出幽静的整体生态环境,强化特色化水上旅游项目,开发坚持以旅游市场为导向,以生态环境和社会、经济效益相协调为中心,进行合理布局、适度开发,努力将西拉沐沦大峡谷建设成为景观秀美、特色鲜明、环境优良,能够为游客提供集休闲、运动、观光、体验等主要功能于一体的塞外河流水上旅游胜地,并积极发挥旅游的联动作用,实现经济效益、社会效益和环境效益的协调统一
[Abstract]:In this study, the representative Xilamulan Grand Canyon is chosen as the research object, the scientific development concept is deeply implemented, the principle of sustainable development is adhered to, and the main purpose of this study is to construct the "Xilamulan-Semun River". Make full use of the existing Xilamulun Grand Canyon resources, develop projects and activities with local characteristics, greatly hit the brand strategy of "grassland Eco-tourism", and systematically plan and develop the existing tourist resources in the Xilamulong Grand Canyon, The cultural connotation of Xilamulun Grand Canyon is deeply excavated, the tourism grade of Xilamulun Grand Canyon is improved, and a new tourism pattern of Xilamulan Grand Canyon is formed, which integrates culture, ecology and landscape experience. At the same time, we should adhere to the strategic policy of sustainable development and environmental protection, and make full use of the policy of tourism development in the western part of the country on the premise of effectively protecting tourism resources and ensuring that the quality of the natural environment does not decline.
