西安市拓展训练机构发展现状的研究

【摘要】:现如今社会的发展速度之快是人们有目共睹的,想要适应社会的激烈竞争,人们不仅需要有扎实的专业技能,还必须有较强的心理素质来应对外界的压力。拓展训练,又称外展训练(Outward Bound),是一种新颖的体验式教学方式。拓展训练的是从2000年引入到西安的,其发展速度迅速,目前已在社会的众多领域被使用和借鉴,拓展训练对于磨练意志、开发潜能、熔炼团队、完善人格等具有独特的功能而备受关注。拓展训练却是由学员自愿、积极地参与到户外或室内的拓展训练项目中,可以大大提高学员的积极性,在参与的过程中可以体会到完美的团队合作。 本研究主要采用专家访谈法、问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法对西安市的西安卓行公司、西安力为公司、西安纵横拓展、汇思达拓展、扬智拓展、西安亚森拓展、西安达森公司、西安绿众公司、西安三方公司、西安卓远公司、西安乐众公司等拓展机构进行研究,发现问题,提出相对建议。 研究结果表明拓展训练是一个新型的培训、体验式机构。所以在拓展训练市场上存在一些盲目充斥的机构,他们只是模仿性的成立机构,并不了解其精髓所在,导致了拓展训练的市场参差不齐,,混乱不堪。国内近几年来,关于拓展训练的相关理论甚少,由于拓展训练是从国外引进的,所以在国内的发展中存在着欠缺经验的问题。虽然说现在的拓展训练市场呈现出来的是繁荣的景象,但是后期的发展,还是比较令人担心的。 结论:通过调查发现西安市目前的水平处于中等偏上的水平,各拓展机构开设的课程也是有所差异的,训练机构教练员男性偏多,女性只占了少部分,部分有正规的资格证书,文化程度参差不齐,规模较大的机构对教练员有很高的要求,负责人一般不会出资培养教练考取资格证,机构之间很少有交流,在竞争上边多数会想尽办法牟取最大利益。 建议:建立完整的拓展培训内容体系拓展训练培训内容不能只单单追求丰富多彩和趣味娱乐,虽然这两个因素也是不可缺少的,但应该在此基础上研究并建立一套完整的社会拓展训练体系,完善拓展师资培养体系完善拓展训练课程师资培养体系是决定拓展训练课程开展的关键因素。合理建立拓展培训的规范管理体系。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the speed of social development is obvious to all. In order to adapt to the fierce competition of society, people need not only solid professional skills, but also strong psychological quality to cope with external pressure. Outreach training, also called Outward bound, is a novel experiential teaching method. Development training was introduced to Xi'an from 2000. It has developed rapidly. It has been used and used for reference in many fields of society at present. Development training has been used for the purpose of training will, developing potential, and smelting teams. Perfect personality and so on has the unique function and receives the attention. However, expansion training is voluntary by the students, actively participate in outdoor or indoor expansion training projects, can greatly improve the enthusiasm of the students, in the process of participation can experience the perfect team cooperation. This research mainly adopts the methods of expert interview, questionnaire survey, literature, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and so on to study Xi'an Zhuoxing Company in Xi'an, Xi'an force as the company, Xi'an vertical and horizontal development, Hui Sida development, etc. Yang Zhi Development, Xi'an Yassen Development, Xi'an Dassen Company, Xi'an Green Company, Xi'an Tripartite Company, Xi'an Zhuoyuan Company, Xi'an Lezhong Company, etc. The results show that the extended training is a new type of training, experiential organization. Therefore, there are some blind organizations in the development training market, they are just imitative institutions, do not understand its essence, resulting in the uneven market expansion training, chaos. In recent years, there are few related theories about the development training in China. Because the expansion training is imported from abroad, there is a problem of lacking experience in the development of our country. Although the current expansion training market is showing a prosperous scene, but later development, or more worrying. Conclusion: through the investigation, we found that the current level of Xi'an City is at the middle level, and the courses offered by various development institutions are different. There are more male coaches in training institutions, only a small proportion of them are women, and some of them have formal qualification certificates. The education level is not uniform, the larger organization has the very high request to the coach, the person in charge generally won't invest to train the coach to obtain the qualification certificate, there is little exchange between the institutions, most of them will try their best to gain the best benefit in the competition. Suggestions: to establish a complete system of training contents, the contents of training for development should not only pursue variety and fun, although these two factors are also indispensable. On this basis, we should study and establish a set of complete social development training system, perfect the development of teacher training system, perfect the development of training curriculum teacher training system is the key factor to determine the development of training courses. Set up the standard management system of developing training reasonably.
