基于文化资本理论的山东面塑景观研究

【摘要】:面塑,是在北方面食文化的基础上发展起来的,既是中国传统民间艺术的一种表现形式,又是中华民族饮食文化历史变迁的缩影。目前,面塑已经被列为国家级非物质文化遗产,各个地方也在积极申报当地的非物质文化遗产,对面塑得以传承和发展给予了高度的重视。国内对面塑的研究多集中于艺术价值、民俗内涵的探讨,,落脚点多以鼓励面塑艺术创新、增强地方对于面塑的保护和传承意识为主,在具体发展路径研究上则较为审慎,且鲜有凸显。本文在前人研究的基础上,以山东面塑为具体研究对象,从景观的角度对面塑的构成要素进行梳理。以文化资本理论为依托,提出面塑景观从文化资源向文化资本转化的构想,通过实地观察、问卷调查及深度访谈等方法,得到面塑艺人对于面塑发展得的态度和意愿,在此基础上对其文化资本化发展路径加以探讨。文章的主要研究内容包括: (1)面塑作为景观的构成要素分析。该部分以文化资本的三种形态为依据,从文化的角度对山东面塑作为景观的要素进行分析,包括面塑艺人的流派、面塑的技艺特征、面塑的历史变迁及面塑文化空间的保存等方面内容,目的为说明面塑的哪些特征可以使其被作为一种景观。 (2)面塑艺人对面塑资本化的态度及评价。通过实地调研、问卷调查、访谈的形式,结合虚拟社区调查,对山东面塑艺人从艺感知、从艺评价、对面塑资本化的发展态度和意愿等信息进行梳理,以定性和定量相结合的方法,尽可能得到调研对象的真实意愿,并作为进一步提出具体文化资本化路径作参考。 (3)基于实证调查的面塑发展路径研究。分别从面塑资本化的条件、存在形态及具体路径三个方面展开论述。着重从面塑艺人的主动传承意愿、文化资源的整合和提升及社区参与为切入点,重点阐释了面塑作为文化服务、文化商品及景观产品的具体表现形式,最终落脚点在于面塑景观与文化创意产业的结合上,提出通过构建完善的文化产业链,来促使文化资源向文化资本的快速转化。 面塑作为一项民间手艺,有其天然的成长环境和文化艺术价值,并且随着历史的推移,这种最原始、最朴实的艺术表现形式将成为传统文化的精髓。尽管,作为一项非物质文化遗产走向资本化颇具争议,但从长远发展的角度来说,应当充分尊重传承者的发展意愿,保护其利益,提高传承的积极性,从而鼓励更多的人参与到保护和传承中去,保证非物质文化遗产的活态性,从真正意义上保存和发展它。
[Abstract]:Noodle sculpture, developed on the basis of northern noodle culture, is not only a form of expression of Chinese traditional folk art, but also a microcosm of the historical changes of Chinese food culture. At present, the surface sculpture has been listed as the national intangible cultural heritage, and various places are actively declaring the local intangible cultural heritage, giving high attention to the inheritance and development of the surface sculpture. Domestic researches on facial sculpture are mainly focused on the artistic value, the discussion of folk custom connotation, the focus on encouraging the innovation of facial sculpture art, strengthening the local consciousness of protecting and inheriting it, and being more prudent in the research of concrete development path. And rarely highlights. On the basis of previous studies, this paper combs the elements of surface plastic from the point of view of landscape, taking Shandong surface plastic as the specific research object. Based on the theory of cultural capital, this paper puts forward the idea of transforming facial plastic landscape from cultural resources to cultural capital. By means of field observation, questionnaire investigation and in-depth interview, the attitude and intention of facial plastic artists towards the development of facial sculpture are obtained. On this basis, the development path of its cultural capitalization is discussed. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the analysis of surface plastic as the elements of landscape. This part is based on the three forms of cultural capital, from the cultural point of view of Shandong face sculpture as the elements of the landscape, including the genre of facial artists, facial sculpture technical characteristics, The purpose of this paper is to explain which features of facial sculpture can be regarded as a kind of landscape. (2) the attitude and evaluation of facial plastic artists towards facial sculpture capitalization. Through field investigation, questionnaire investigation, interview form, combined with virtual community investigation, this paper combs the information of Shandong Mian artists from art perception, art evaluation, development attitude and willingness of facelike capitalization, etc. With the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, the real will of the research object is obtained as far as possible, and as a reference to further propose the specific path of cultural capitalization. (3) the research on the development path of surface molding based on empirical investigation. The paper discusses the conditions, forms and specific ways of capitalization. Focusing on the willingness of the Mian Artist to inherit actively, the integration and promotion of cultural resources and community participation as the breakthrough point, the paper focuses on explaining the concrete manifestation of Maini as a cultural service, cultural commodities and landscape products. The ultimate goal is the combination of plastic landscape and cultural and creative industries. It is proposed that the rapid transformation of cultural resources to cultural capital can be promoted through the construction of a perfect cultural industry chain. As a folk art, facial sculpture has its natural growth environment and cultural and artistic value, and with the passage of history, this most primitive and simple art form will become the essence of traditional culture. Although it is controversial to capitalize as an intangible cultural heritage, from the perspective of long-term development, we should fully respect the development will of the inheritors, protect their interests, and improve their enthusiasm for inheritance. In order to encourage more people to participate in the protection and inheritance, to ensure the viability of intangible cultural heritage, to preserve and develop it in a real sense.
