【摘要】：在西部大开发的战略部署中,旅游作为第三产业在“十二五规划”中正式成为区域经济发展的主导产业。2009年,《国务院关于加快发展旅游业的意见》中提出：旅游业是战略性产业、资源消耗低、带动系数大、就业机会多,综合效益好；还明确提出：支持有条件的地区发展生态旅游、森林旅游、医疗健康旅游等。四川是生态旅游资源极为丰富的地区,因此其旅游产业应成为西部经济建设中的朝阳产业和支柱产业。近年来,在四川旅游产业的发展中,少数民族地区旅游资源的开发成为旅游产业发展的热点。尤其是拥有丰富的民俗文化资源和旅游资源的藏族地区,成为生态农业旅游产业开发的重要的目的地。因此,本文选取四川雅安市宝兴县硗碛藏族乡为例,研究该乡生态农业旅游产业的发展状况,针对其发展中现存的问题,提出促进该乡生态农业旅游产业开发的对策建议。为此,本文从4个方面进行研究和探索。首先,本文采用文献查阅法对旅游业和旅游产业、生态农业旅游和生态农业旅游产业的内涵进行梳理及区分。其次,采用描述性统计分析方法对四川雅安市宝兴县硗碛藏族乡的生态农业旅游产业的发展现状进行分析,以明确其发展中现存的问题,为下文的生态农业旅游产业的SWOT分析做铺垫。第三,运用SWOT分析法对硗碛藏族乡生态农业旅游产业发展的内在优势与劣势以及外在的挑战与威胁进行深入分析。第四,从产业的发展角度和政策性角度分别提出了硗碛藏族乡生态农业旅游产业开发的对策,并对其未来发展态势进行展望。研究表明,宝兴硗碛藏乡有发展生态农业旅游产业的内在优势,虽然其发展中也存在诸如：人才短缺、客源结构不合理、配套设施不健全、营销管理不善等问题,但总的来说,其优势大于劣势。因此,硗碛藏乡应在充分发挥其农牧产业优势和藏家乐民俗文化优势的同时,对夹金山、神木垒、五仙海、藏家乐进行功能区划,以保证该乡生态农业旅游产业的合理开发与蓬勃发展。
[Abstract]:In the strategic deployment of the western development, tourism, as the third industry in the "12th Five-Year plan", has officially become the leading industry of regional economic development for.2009 years. "The State Council on accelerating the development of tourism industry" suggests that tourism is a strategic industry with low resource consumption, large driving coefficient, more employment opportunities and better comprehensive benefits. It is clear that Sichuan is a region with abundant ecotourism resources, so its tourism industry should be the sunrise industry and pillar industry in the western economic construction.
In recent years, in the development of Sichuan's tourism industry, the development of tourism resources in minority areas has become a hot spot in the development of tourism industry. Especially, the Tibetan areas with rich folk culture resources and tourism resources have become an important destination for the development of ecological agricultural tourism industry. Therefore, this paper selects Sichuan Ya'an City, Baoxing county. As an example, the Tibetan township is an example of the development of the eco agricultural tourism industry in this country. In view of the existing problems in its development, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of the eco agricultural tourism industry in the township. Therefore, this paper studies and explores from 4 aspects.
First of all, this paper uses literature review method to sort out and distinguish the connotation of tourism and tourism industry, eco agriculture tourism and eco agriculture tourism industry.
Secondly, the present situation of the development of eco agricultural tourism industry in Sichuan Ya'an City, Baoxing County of Baoxing County, Sichuan, is analyzed with descriptive statistical analysis method, so as to clarify the existing problems in its development and pave the way for the analysis of the SWOT analysis of the following eco agricultural tourism industry.
Third, we use SWOT analysis to analyze the inherent advantages and disadvantages, and the external challenges and threats of the development of ecological agriculture tourism industry in Tibetan villages.
Fourth, from the perspective of industrial development and policy, this paper puts forward the Countermeasures for the development of eco agricultural tourism industry in Tibetan village, and looks forward to its future development trend.
The research shows that Baoxing Tibetan township has the inherent advantages of developing ecological agriculture tourism industry. Although there are some problems in its development, such as shortage of talents, unreasonable structure of passenger source, imperfect supporting facilities and poor marketing management, the advantages of the village are more than inferior. As well as the advantages of Tibetan folk culture, the functional zoning is carried out to the Jinshan, the God wood base, the five immortals sea and the Tibetan family music, in order to ensure the rational development and vigorous development of the eco agricultural tourism industry in this country.
