良凤江国家森林公园森林旅游服务质量升级研究

【摘要】：随着人们生活水平与文化程度的不断提高,环保意识不断增强,人们向往和渴望绿色的自然环境,对森林旅游产品的消费需求也不断升温。近年来,许多学者及景区经营者开始重视对森林旅游景区建设和旅游产品开发的研究。良凤江国家森林公园是典型的森林旅游景区,以自然山水和森林景观为主要特点,生态资源丰富、植物景观优美,被评为南宁市“十佳景区”,是南宁人必游的旅游景点,但长期以来景区投入资金不足和产品开发力度不够,旅游基础设施和服务设施不完善,森林旅游项目缺乏特色亮点,与周边的生态旅游景区或休闲度假区相比,旅游服务上存在不少的问题和差距,旅游发展面临着严峻的挑战。本文采用实地调研与问卷调查的方式,了解游客对良凤江景区服务质量的满意程度,通过对调查内容进行综合评价和统计分析,找出良凤江景区旅游服务存在的主要问题和不足,然后对良凤江景区产品和服务质量提升提出合理的建议和对策。研究结果可为以良凤江国家森林公园为代表的森林旅游景区开发建设,制定旅游发展战略提供一定的指导和借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of people's living standard and cultural level, the consciousness of environmental protection is constantly strengthened, people yearn for and yearn for the green natural environment, and the consumption demand for forest tourism products also heats up. In recent years, many scholars and scenic area operators began to attach importance to the study of forest tourism scenic spot construction and tourism product development. Liangfengjiang National Forest Park is a typical forest tourist area with natural landscape and forest landscape as its main feature. It is rich in ecological resources and beautiful in plant landscape. It has been named "Ten Best Scenic spots" in Nanning City and is a tourist spot that Nanning people must visit. However, for a long time, the scenic spots have been inadequately invested in funds and product development efforts, tourism infrastructure and service facilities are not perfect, forest tourism projects lack special highlights, compared with the surrounding ecotourism scenic spots or leisure resorts. There are many problems and gaps in tourism service, and the development of tourism is facing severe challenges. This paper adopts the method of field investigation and questionnaire investigation to understand the satisfaction of tourists with the service quality of Liangfeng River scenic area, and through the comprehensive evaluation and statistical analysis of the contents of the survey, To find out the main problems and shortcomings of tourism service in Liangfeng River scenic area, and then put forward reasonable suggestions and countermeasures to improve the quality of products and services in Liangfeng River scenic area. The results can provide some guidance and reference for the development and construction of forest tourism scenic spots represented by Liangfeng River National Forest Park and the formulation of tourism development strategy.
