旅游产业风险投资运行机制问题探讨

【摘要】：目前,我国旅游产业风险投资已初具规模,建立了以政府投入为主导,企业资本、民间资本和机构资本等并存的投资结构,一定程度上推动了旅游产业和风险投资产业的发展,但也存在诸多弊端,需要在实践中持续优化。基于此,本文通过对我国旅游产业风险运行机制理论进行阐释,进而分析旅游产业风险投资机制存在的问题,并提出相应的优化政策。
[Abstract]:At present, the venture capital of tourism industry in our country has begun to take shape, and the investment structure, which is dominated by government input and coexisted with enterprise capital, folk capital and institutional capital, has to a certain extent promoted the development of tourism industry and venture capital industry. However, there are many drawbacks, which need to be continuously optimized in practice. Based on this, this paper explains the theory of risk operation mechanism of tourism industry in China, and then analyzes the problems existing in the venture capital mechanism of tourism industry, and puts forward the corresponding optimization policies.
