厦门市游艇产业发展中的政府角色分析

【摘要】：我国当前国民经济运行缓中企稳,经济社会发展稳中有进,各项产业发展健康有序,高新技术和新兴产业的发展潜力不断被挖掘和提升,整个国民经济结构调整和优化力度不断加强。包括游艇旅游在内的游艇产业是近些年来兴起的一项新兴产业,由于其特殊的地理环境要求近几年来逐渐被我国众多的滨水和港口城市所重视并着力扶持发展。我国游艇产业的发展离不开政府的推动和支持,但随着该产业在我国的迅速发展和各相关地区的跟进,产业发展过程中的一些深层次矛盾也随之而来。而政府作为其中重要的主体到底应该在当前及未来我国游艇产业发展中扮演怎样的角色、发挥怎样的功能、起到怎样的作用和影响则至关重要,本文以“厦门市游艇产业发展中的政府角色分析”为命题方向和切入点,以政府角色等基础理论作为指导,选取我国游艇产业发展的典型地区厦门市作为实证研究对象,讨论和研究了政府角色定位在地方游艇产业发展中的系列问题,具有重要的理论研究意义和实践参考价值。
[Abstract]:At present, the national economy of our country is running slowly and stabilizing, the economic and social development is progressing steadily, the development of various industries is healthy and orderly, and the development potential of new and high technology and emerging industries are constantly being exploited and promoted. The restructuring and optimization of the entire national economy has been continuously strengthened. Yacht industry, including yacht tourism, is a rising industry in recent years. It has been paid more and more attention to by many waterfront and port cities in our country in recent years because of its special geographical environment requirements. The development of yacht industry in China can not be separated from the promotion and support of the government. However, with the rapid development of the industry in China and the follow-up of the relevant regions, some deep-seated contradictions in the process of industrial development also follow. What role should the government play in the current and future development of China's yacht industry, what kind of functions should be played, and what kind of role and influence should be played by the government as one of the most important subjects among them? This paper takes "the Government role Analysis in the Yacht Industry Development of Xiamen City" as the proposition direction and the breakthrough point, takes the government role and other basic theories as the instruction, selects Xiamen City, the typical area of the yacht industry development of our country, as the empirical research object. This paper discusses and studies a series of problems about the role of government in the development of local yacht industry, which has important theoretical research significance and practical reference value.
