基于离散选择模型的高尔夫旅游球场选择研究

【摘要】:高尔夫运动在我国的迅速发展推动了我国高尔夫旅游热潮的兴起,高尔夫旅游者除拥有一般休闲度假旅游者的特征外,还具有高尔夫球手的特征。为了研究高尔夫旅游者在进行球场选择时的各影响因素,基于效用最大化理论,,本文引入了离散选择模型中的NMNL模型进行分析。通过文献的分析本文选取了感知安全、旅游动机、赛事活动的影响力等2组共11个影响因素作为模型的自变量进行分析,并分别选取了海南与云南各3家高尔夫球场作为因变量构建模型,在问卷的信度和效度通过检验的基础上对模型和数据进行拟合。拟合的结果表明,高尔夫旅游者的球场选择过程是一个划分为两个阶段的过程,分别为目的地的选择阶段与目的地范围内的高尔夫球场选择阶段,并且这两个阶段相互影响共同作用于高尔夫旅游者球场选择的整个过程中。在众多影响高尔夫旅游者球场选择的因素中,感知安全是影响作用最大的因素,其次是高尔夫旅游者求新奇的旅游动机,而赛事活动的影响力、目的地气候天气条件等因素对高尔夫旅游者的球场选择结果也具有较大的影响作用。 通过全文的分析,本文认为为了实现高尔夫球场在高尔夫旅游浪潮中又好又快的发展可以从其经营管理与市场营销两个角度着手改进。通过对高尔夫球场中硬件设施的建设和完善以及服务实力的不断提升来增强高尔夫球场的旅游者预期和实际效用,并不断加强安全管理以及营造高尔夫氛围来改善高尔夫球场的经营管理;同时注重通过赛事活动增强球场的影响力、重视球场感知形象与口碑的维护,并通过与地方发展相融合来实现自身的跨越式发展。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of golf in China has promoted the rise of golf tourism upsurge in China. Golf tourists have the characteristics of golf players in addition to the general characteristics of leisure tourists. In order to study the influencing factors of golf course selection for golf tourists, based on the utility maximization theory, the NMNL model of discrete selection model is introduced to analyze it. Through the analysis of literature, this paper selects two groups of 11 influencing factors, such as perceived security, tourism motivation and influence of events, as the independent variables of the model. Three golf courses in Hainan and Yunnan were selected as dependent variables to construct the model, and the model and data were fitted on the basis of the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. The fitting results show that the course selection process of golf tourists is divided into two stages, namely, the stage of destination selection and the stage of golf course selection within the range of destination. And these two stages influence each other in the whole process of golf course selection. Among the many factors that influence the choice of golf course, perceived security is the most important factor, followed by golf tourists' novelty tourism motivation, and the influence of events. Factors such as destination climate and weather conditions also play an important role in golf course selection. Through the analysis of the whole paper, the author thinks that in order to realize the development of golf course in the wave of golf tourism, it can be improved from the aspects of management and marketing. Through the construction and improvement of the hardware facilities in the golf course and the continuous upgrading of the service strength, to enhance the expectation and practical utility of the golf course tourists, And constantly strengthen the safety management and create a golf atmosphere to improve the management of golf courses; at the same time, pay attention to enhancing the impact of the course through events, attach importance to the perceived image of the course and the maintenance of word of mouth, And through the integration of local development to achieve their own leapfrog development.
