基于游客满意度的桃花源景区产品优化研究

【摘要】:游客满意度是衡量景区发展好坏的重要指标。本文以桃花源景区为例,从桃花源景区旅游发展状况的考察出发,对景区游客的满意度进行了调研,运用定性和定量相结合的方法,以求从中发现旅游满意度与景区产品之间的相互关系。本文从游客满意度问卷调研中,分析出桃花源景区的旅游产品没有以市场发展为导向,满足不了不同层面游客的需求,景区的产品定位已经明显跟不上时代的脉络,景区需要对旅游产品进行升级优化。并对桃花源景区旅游市场的需求及产品优化提出合理的建议:深入挖掘陶文化内涵,以文化为根基,打造田园休闲文化的品牌,完善景区旅游产品体系,提升景区旅游产品质量,建立健全景区旅游产品质量保障体系,为旅游产品优化调整、资源重组、市场延伸提供前提性研究。文章对桃花源景区优化旅游产品、提高游客满意度、实施可持续发展具有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Tourist satisfaction is an important index to measure the development of scenic spots. This paper takes Taohuayuan scenic area as an example, starting from the investigation of the tourism development situation of Taohuayuan scenic spot, investigates the tourist satisfaction of the scenic spot, and applies the method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis. In order to find out the relationship between tourism satisfaction and scenic products. Based on the questionnaire survey of tourist satisfaction, this paper analyzes that the tourism products of Taohuayuan scenic area are not guided by market development and can not meet the needs of tourists at different levels, and the product positioning of the scenic spots has obviously failed to keep up with the context of the times. Scenic spots need to upgrade and optimize tourism products. And put forward reasonable suggestions to the demand of the tourist market and product optimization of Taohuayuan scenic spot: dig deeply the connotation of pottery culture, take the culture as the foundation, build the brand of the idyllic leisure culture, perfect the tourist product system of the scenic spot, To improve the quality of tourist products in scenic spots, to establish and improve the quality assurance system of tourist products in scenic spots, and to provide the leading research for the optimization and adjustment of tourism products, the reorganization of resources and the market extension. This article has certain reference significance to optimize tourism products, improve tourist satisfaction and implement sustainable development in Taohuayuan scenic spot.
