冉庄地道战遗址游客满意度分析与研究

【摘要】:随着社会的发展和人们观念的改变,红色旅游越来越受到国民的重视,红色旅游也迅速的开发和蓬勃发展起来,这对提高国民素质,发扬艰苦创业的精神有巨大的作用。 本研究意讨论来访游客对河北保定清苑冉庄地道战遗址各方面特征的重要程度和满意度分析,通过对景区交通,遗址的自然特色以及景区的设施设备和讲解服务等特点的调查,研究影响游客旅游和满意度的因素及程度。 此次调查回收样本数107份,应用IPA(important performance analysis)分析法进行评估,主要为了分析了解冉庄地道战遗址特征的重视度和满意度为何。分析结果发现景区卫生以及景区讲解等各方面的问题,且研究发现不同职业和文化程度对地道战特征的满意呈现差异性。 但,目前对于红色旅游资源开发和游客满意度的研究仍处于不完善阶段,已有的理论成果不多,缺乏理论依据。本文正是基于这种研究需求,通过实地考察从调查冉庄地道战遗址游客满意度的现状入手,分析清苑县开展红色旅游的开发现状及游客满意度存在的问题,结合已有的研究理论,提出解决方案,把冉庄地道战遗址打造成环京津红色旅游产业带中精品旅游文化区,促进清苑县旅游业的发展,并为保定地区发展专项红色旅游做出积极的贡献,提出合理化建议,给政策的制定者提供一定的理论依据。 本文共分六章进行论证:第一章为绪论部分;第二章对冉庄地道战遗址开发进行了分析,阐述开发红色旅游的意义;第三章对冉庄地道战遗址游客满意度进行分析;第四章对冉庄地道战遗址游客满意度的现状及存在问题进行分析,得出游客满意度存在五个方面问题;第五章针对冉庄地道战遗址游客满意度存在的问题,,提出相应对策与建议;第六章为结论部分,通过对课题的开发研究,得出一些结论以及本文研究的局限性。 通过对冉庄地道战遗址游客满意度分析与研究,得出今后的开发过程中,冉庄地道战应:第一,突出重点、打造红色地道战文化品牌。第二,整合资源,开发功能不同的特色红色旅游区。第三,发挥优势,开发适销对路的特色产品。第四,完善接待设施建设,提高接待能力,满足发展旅游业的整体要求。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and the change of people's concept, red tourism has been paid more and more attention by the people, and the red tourism has been developed rapidly and flourished, which plays a great role in improving the national quality and carrying forward the spirit of hard work and entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study is to discuss the importance and satisfaction of visitors to the characteristics of the tunnel war site in Qingyuan, Baoding, Hebei Province, and to investigate the characteristics of traffic and natural features of the site as well as the facilities and services of the scenic area. This paper studies the factors and degree of tourists' tourism and satisfaction. IPA (important performance analysis) analysis was used to evaluate 107 samples collected in this survey, mainly to analyze and understand the importance and satisfaction of the characteristics of Ranzhuang tunnel war site. The results showed that the health and explanation of scenic spots were different, and the satisfaction of different professions and cultures to the characteristics of tunnel warfare was different. However, the research on the development of red tourism resources and tourist satisfaction is still in the imperfect stage, and the existing theoretical results are few and lack of theoretical basis. Based on this kind of research demand, this paper analyzes the current situation of developing red tourism in Qingyuan County and the problems existing in tourist satisfaction by investigating the present situation of tourist satisfaction in Ranzhuang Underground War site. Based on the existing research theories, the paper puts forward a solution to make the ruins of the tunnel and war in Ranzhuang into a fine tourism cultural zone around the Beijing-Tianjin Red Tourism Industrial Belt, so as to promote the development of tourism in Qingyuan County. It also makes a positive contribution to the development of special red tourism in Baoding, puts forward some reasonable suggestions, and provides some theoretical basis for the policy makers. The thesis is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, the second chapter analyzes the development of Ranzhuang tunnel war site, expounds the significance of developing red tourism, the third chapter analyzes the tourist satisfaction of Ranzhuang tunnel war site; The fourth chapter analyzes the present situation and existing problems of tourist satisfaction in Ranzhuang Underground War site, and concludes that there are five problems in tourist satisfaction; the fifth chapter focuses on the problems of tourist satisfaction in Ranzhuang Underground War site. The sixth chapter is the conclusion part, through the research on the subject, some conclusions and limitations of this paper are obtained. Through the analysis and research on tourist satisfaction of Ranzhuang tunnel war site, it is concluded that in the future development process, Ranzhuang tunnel warfare should be: first, highlight the key points, and build the cultural brand of red tunnel warfare. Second, the integration of resources, the development of different features of red tourism areas. Third, give play to the advantages of the development of marketable features of products. Fourth, improve reception facilities, improve reception capacity, and meet the overall requirements of tourism development.
