居民参与历史文化名镇保护意愿的影响因素分析——来自湖北省新店镇的调查数据

【摘要】：以湖北省新店历史文化名镇居民调查数据为基础,运用Logistic模型对影响居民参与历史文化名镇保护意愿的因素进行了实证分析。研究发现,年龄、家庭收入、是否认同本地历史文化价值、是否喜欢本地古建筑、是否愿意介绍本地情况、对政府管理的评价6个变量对居民参与历史文化名镇保护意愿具有显著影响。在此基础上,提出了一系列对策建议,以期为新店镇的保护和可持续发展提供一定的参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data of the residents of the famous historical and cultural towns in Xindian, Hubei Province, the factors influencing the residents' willingness to participate in the protection of historical and cultural famous towns are analyzed empirically by using the Logistic model. The study found that age, family income, recognition of local historical and cultural values, whether they like local ancient buildings, and whether they are willing to introduce the local situation, The evaluation of government management has a significant impact on the residents' willingness to participate in the protection of historic and cultural towns. On this basis, a series of countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in order to provide some reference for the protection and sustainable development of Xindian Town.
