松溪县郑墩现代休闲农业示范园区建设研究

【摘要】：松溪县是福建省北部山区一个颇具特色的小县，位于闽浙交界处，武夷山麓东南侧，全县气候宜人，，山清水秀，地灵人杰，属传统农业县。近年来，利用生态优势，发展休闲农业成为了当地的一大亮点。加强研究和对先行区的综合分析意义重大。 论文在综合国内外相关研究的基础上,根据松溪县郑墩休闲农业园区所在地的具体状况进行了规划与建设的综合分析。主要的研究结论有：(1)松溪县郑墩休闲农业示范园区的基本建设条件和区域要素良好，适宜开发现代休闲农业；（2）松溪县现代生态休闲示范园区发展的近期目标市场主要以南平区域为主要客源地，可积极拓展龙岩、福州、厦漳泉等地的客源市场，同时依托商务、科普、考察、节庆活动等特种休闲旅游，逐步开发超越三级以外的市场需求；(3)松溪县郑墩休闲农业园区建设的科学目标是以“生产、生活、生态”三生一体的融合为主线，融合区域自然景观资源、乡村生态文明资源和企业科技文化资源，围绕农业的多功能开发，以增加农民收入，提升农业综合效益，依托龙头企业（科诚牧业）的市场导向作用与区域资源优势条件，打造形成具有示范意义的新型生态农业经济体系；(4)松溪县郑墩休闲农业园区的建设在因地制宜的原则下，按“1心2廊3湖4林5园”的布局来安排，有利于园区农业多功能性的开发；（5）示范园区要运行好，关键要引入“政府引导、社会投资、市场运作”的机制，并通过龙头企业或服务组织带动农户积极参与经营，方可取得成功。
[Abstract]:Songxi County is a small county in the northern mountain area of Fujian Province. It is located at the junction of Fujian and Zhejiang, southeast of Wuyi Mountain, and has a pleasant climate. In recent years, the use of ecological advantages, the development of leisure agriculture has become a local bright spot. It is of great significance to strengthen the research and comprehensive analysis of the leading area. On the basis of synthesizing domestic and foreign related research, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the planning and construction of the location of Zhengdun Leisure Agriculture Park in Songxi County. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the basic construction conditions and regional factors of Zhengdun leisure agriculture demonstration park in Songxi County are good, which is suitable for the development of modern leisure agriculture; (2) the short-term target market for the development of modern ecological leisure demonstration park in Songxi County is mainly the Nanping area, which can actively expand the tourist market in Longyan, Fuzhou, Xiazhang Spring and other places, while relying on business, science popularization, investigation, etc. Special leisure tourism, such as festival activities, gradually develops and exceeds the market demand beyond three levels. (3) the scientific goal of the construction of Zhengdun leisure agricultural park in Songxi County is the integration of "production, life and ecology" as the main line. The integration of regional natural landscape resources, rural ecological civilization resources and enterprise science and technology culture resources around the multi-function development of agriculture, in order to increase farmers' income and improve the comprehensive benefits of agriculture, Relying on the market guiding role of leading enterprises (Kecheng animal husbandry) and the regional resource advantages, a new eco-agricultural economic system with demonstration significance is formed. (4) the construction of Zhengdun leisure agricultural park in Songxi County is based on the principle of local conditions. According to the layout of "1 heart, 2 corridors, 3 lakes, 4 forests and 5 gardens", it is beneficial to the development of multi-functional agriculture in the park. (5) the key to the operation of the demonstration park is to introduce the mechanism of "government guidance, social investment, market operation". And through leading enterprises or service organizations to promote farmers to actively participate in management, to achieve success.
