面向旅游企业的RFID技术应用及海量数据统计优化

【摘要】:近年来,随着信息技术的迅猛发展,越来越多的企业将企业信息化管理作为企业发展的重中之重。特别是在旅游企业中,伴随着游览游客量的急剧增长,给旅游企业的管理工作提出了非常高的要求。企业希望能通过信息化的搭建,更好的完成旅游企业的工作。 旅游企业的信息化进程中,售票业务作为企业盈收业务,对企业的发展起到了非常关键的作用。售票工作不仅要满足企业日常的售票、检票工作,企业希望通过信息化的建设,能够快速准确的获取售票的信息,并有效利用获取的信息统计企业的财务信息、游客信息以及对企业场馆的实时监测等。同时,企业中的管理人员也需要借助一系列报表实现对企业的有效管理。但目前,我国旅游业售票信息化程度较低,不能有效的获取信息,同时企业安全事故频发,不能对游客游览情况实时监控。如何能在旅游企业中实现售票过程的信息化并有效获取数据,快读响应企业对数据的统计要求,是亟待解决的问题。 本文首先分析了某旅游企业的售票业务现状,提出使用RFID门票作为企业售票方式。介绍了RFID技术在此旅游企业中的应用,并利用RFID技术获取数据并进行海量数据统计分析。其次在统计过程中,分析了粒度、层级等概念。在数据库中给出了维的概念,并说明了维排序的规则等,同时介绍了聚集操作以及聚集操作的相容性概念。在统计的定义中,说明统计由筛选条件和聚集操作两部分组成,并详细的介绍了统计的特征识别以及评价体系,并将统计按照一定规则划分为不同的谱系。最后提出基于统计过程图的自动累加表算法,帮助企业在信息统计过程中能快速响应需求。 自动累加表是一种应用于以空间换取时间,可以有效的对有多表连接以及具有复杂的聚集操作进行统计的优化技术。这种技术避免了传统方式统计速度过慢的缺陷,并可应用于企业的实际作业中。对现实有一定的应用意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, more and more enterprises take enterprise information management as the most important enterprise development. Especially in the tourism enterprises, with the rapid growth of tourist volume, the management of tourism enterprises has put forward very high requirements. Enterprises hope to be able to build through information, better to complete the work of tourism enterprises. In the information process of tourism enterprises, ticket sales, as an enterprise earnings business, plays a very important role in the development of enterprises. The ticketing work should not only satisfy the daily ticketing and ticketing work of the enterprise, but also the enterprise hopes to obtain the ticketing information quickly and accurately through the construction of information, and effectively use the obtained information to statistics the financial information of the enterprise. Tourist information and real-time monitoring of corporate venues. At the same time, managers also need to use a series of reports to achieve effective management. However, at present, the information level of tourism ticket sales in our country is low, which can not obtain information effectively, and the enterprise safety accidents occur frequently, which can not monitor the tourists' sightseeing in real time. How to realize the information of ticketing process in tourism enterprises and how to get data effectively, and how to quickly read and respond to the statistical requirements of enterprises is an urgent problem to be solved. This paper first analyzes the current situation of ticketing business in a tourist enterprise, and puts forward the use of RFID ticket as a ticketing method. This paper introduces the application of RFID technology in this tourism enterprise, and makes use of RFID technology to obtain data and make statistical analysis of massive data. Secondly, in the process of statistics, the concepts of granularity and hierarchy are analyzed. In this paper, the concept of dimension is given in database, and the rules of dimensional sorting are explained, and the concepts of aggregation operation and compatibility of aggregation operation are also introduced. In the definition of statistics, it is explained that statistics consists of two parts: screening condition and aggregation operation, and the feature recognition and evaluation system of statistics are introduced in detail, and statistics are divided into different pedigree according to certain rules. Finally, an automatic cumulative table algorithm based on statistical process diagram is proposed to help enterprises respond quickly to the demand in the process of information statistics. Automatic accumulative table is an optimization technique which can be used to exchange space for time, which can be used to count multiple table joins and complex aggregation operations. This technique avoids the drawback of slow statistics in traditional way and can be applied to the actual operation of enterprises. Has certain application significance to the reality.
