耒阳新市古镇保护与旅游开发研究

【摘要】：历史文化村镇是自然环境与人类活动千百年来交融的结果,是先人馈赠与我们的宝贵遗产,它不仅记载着人们的生活历史,而且还形成了历史文化村镇与众不同的文化特色。但是由于时间的推移,掌权者的认识不够,历史文化村镇面临着相当程度的破坏。随着城市化建设的不断深入,越来越多的人们关注历史文化村镇镇保护和开发对于城市建设的重要性,如何加强历史文化村镇,彰显历史文化村镇的特色,激发历史文化村镇的活力,如何给历史文化村镇一个崭新的未来,成为摆在我们面前一个严肃且无法回避的问题。 湖南耒阳新市古镇凭借其位于古代名城雁城之东,湘中南地区东南水运大动脉耒水河畔,水路与陆路交汇的优越地理位置,曾在一个历史时期发展为商贸重镇与耒水下游地区的政治经济文化活动中心。该镇祠堂庙宇众多,市井繁荣,山水与古镇相融,作为一个千年古镇,它具有历史文化村镇的典型性特征,值得保护与开发。 本文通过文献分析和理论分析法,根据历史文化村镇保护的发展趋势,国内外的研究文献,在分析新市古镇的背景、特色、价值等基础上,将研究分为两大部分：保护与开发。笔者首先研究了新市古镇的指导思想和规划原则,分析了保护现状与存在的问题,例如基础设施不完善,自然环境恶化,非物质遗产文化传承较困难等,接着确定新市古镇保护规划框架要素,如物质要素和非物质要素,提出了一些新市镇保护与复兴的措施,其中又包括整体保护措施和分级保护规划、相关的保护措施,以期能从实际出发解决新市古镇保护问题。 而在开发方面笔者主张新市古镇采用旅游开发手段,先确定新市古镇旅游资源在《国家标准》中的归类,介绍旅游资源内容,接着进行旅游资源开发的SWOT分析,对客源市场进行深入了解,并进行可能的客源市场判断,确定了旅游开发总体思路、旅游开发原则与重点采用的旅游开发措施,确定新市古镇“两带三区”的旅游结构,介绍古镇旅游产品,并且在最后对新市古镇进行了一个展望,以实现新市古镇旅游特色的延续和古镇开发与自然的协调。
[Abstract]:Historical and cultural villages and towns are the result of the blending of natural environment and human activities for thousands of years, and are the gifts of ancestors and our precious heritage. It not only records the history of people's life, but also forms the distinctive cultural characteristics of historical and cultural villages and towns. However, due to the passage of time and the lack of understanding of those in power, historical and cultural villages and towns are faced with considerable destruction. With the development of urbanization, more and more people pay more and more attention to the importance of the protection and development of historical and cultural villages and towns for the urban construction, how to strengthen the historical and cultural villages and towns to highlight the characteristics of historical and cultural villages and towns, How to stimulate the vitality of historical and cultural villages and towns and how to give them a new future has become a serious and unavoidable problem in front of us. By virtue of its location in the east of Yancheng, the ancient town of Leiyang, Hunan Province, and by the river Leishui in the southeast of the South and Central Hunan, the intersection of waterways and land is advantageous. In a historical period, it developed into a center of political, economic and cultural activities in the important town of commerce and the lower reaches of Leishui. There are many temples and temples in this town, the city is prosperous, the mountains and rivers blend with the ancient town, as a thousand years old town, it has the typical characteristics of historical and cultural villages and towns, which is worthy of protection and development. Based on the literature analysis and theoretical analysis, according to the development trend of historical and cultural villages and towns protection, and the domestic and foreign research literature, on the basis of analyzing the background, characteristics and value of the old towns in New City, the research is divided into two parts: protection and development. First of all, the author studies the guiding ideology and planning principles of Xinshi ancient town, and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of protection, such as imperfect infrastructure, deterioration of natural environment, difficulty in inheriting intangible heritage culture, etc. Then it determines the framework elements of the protection planning of old towns in Xinshi, such as material elements and non-material elements, and puts forward some measures for the protection and rehabilitation of new towns, including overall protection measures and hierarchical protection plans, and related protection measures. In order to solve the problem of protection of old towns in New City from the practical point of view. In the aspect of development, the author advocates that the old town of New City should adopt the means of tourism development, first determine the classification of tourism resources in the National Standard of Xinshi Ancient Town, introduce the content of tourism resources, and then carry out the SWOT analysis of the development of tourism resources. By deeply understanding the tourist market and judging the possible tourist market, this paper determines the general idea of tourism development, the principles and measures of tourism development, and the tourism structure of "two zones and three districts" in the ancient town of Xinshi. This paper introduces the tourism products of the ancient town, and at the end of the paper makes a prospect of the old town of Xinshi, in order to realize the continuation of the tourism characteristics of the old town and the coordination between the development of the old town and the nature.
