济南华山历史文化主题公园项目策划研究

【摘要】：主题公园产生于20世纪50年代，它以一种新型的娱乐模式出现。主题公园都有特定的主题形式，并通过现代化技术和文化方法体现出来，是以旅游革新为主导的现代娱乐区，是包括了大量休闲项目、娱乐体验和配套服务设施于一体的现代旅游景区。主题公园的出现符合现代人追求各种体验式旅游的品位，彰显了其个性创新。主题公园是否能够成功经营，不仅在于要有完善的旅游基础设施和条件，其内部的设计是否足够有新意也是吸引旅游者的一个重要条件。随着社会的发展，游客的观念也日益增强，对各类景点的期望值也越来越高，因此，，主题公园项目前期的决策及论证工作越来越重要。本文针对济南市华山历史文化公园项目，从项目前期的调查论证工作开始，使用项目决策策划的管理方法及理论研究，对华山历史文化公园项目的各项工作进行了深入的探讨。主要侧重于项目的前期策划工作，从项目所处的自然及社会环境调查分析开始，进行项目后续开发建设内容的策划，并对该项目对济南及周边环境带来的效益进行分析。主要内容如下：（1）城市公园概念的研究及对城市功能发挥的作用。（2）对项目策划工作的理论和内容进行了阐述，包括环境调查的一些方法及原则、SWOT方法等。（3）对项目的环境调查进行了深入研究，从济南及项目所在地的宏观和微观环境出发，得出项目调查的报告分析。（4）基于环境调查报告的分析，对项目建设内容进行了细致的说明，并提出了一些规划意见。（5）建设项目对济南市及华山片区未来的经济和社会作用进行了分析评价。
[Abstract]:Theme parks emerged in the 1950 s as a new form of entertainment. Theme parks have specific theme forms and are embodied through modern technology and cultural methods. They are modern entertainment areas dominated by tourism innovation and include a large number of leisure projects. Entertainment experience and supporting service facilities in one of the modern tourist attractions. The appearance of theme park accords with the taste of modern people's pursuit of all kinds of experiential tourism, and shows its personality innovation. Whether the theme park can be successfully operated depends not only on the perfect tourist infrastructure and conditions, but also on whether the interior design is sufficiently innovative and an important condition to attract tourists. With the development of society, the concept of tourists is increasingly strengthened, and the expectation of all kinds of scenic spots is higher and higher. Therefore, the decision making and demonstration work in the early stage of the theme park project is becoming more and more important. Based on the project of Huashan Historical and Cultural Park in Jinan, this paper, starting with the investigation and demonstration work in the early stage of the project, and using the management method and theory research of project decision planning, makes a deep discussion on the various work of the project of Huashan Historical and Cultural Park. This paper mainly focuses on the preliminary planning work of the project, starting with the investigation and analysis of the natural and social environment of the project, planning the content of the subsequent development and construction of the project, and analyzing the benefits brought by the project to Jinan and its surrounding environment. The main contents are as follows: (1) the research on the concept of urban park and its role in urban function. (2) the theory and content of project planning are expounded, including some methods and principles of environmental investigation, SWOT method and so on. (3) the environmental investigation of the project is deeply studied, and the report of the project investigation is analyzed from the macro and micro environment of Jinan and the project location. (4) based on the analysis of the environmental investigation report, the construction contents of the project are explained in detail, and some planning suggestions are put forward. (5) the future economic and social effects of Jinan City and Huashan District are analyzed and evaluated.
